  1. Best wishes to Mrs.N . Speedy recovery!
  2. Wish Daniel's mum have a full recovery very soon.
  3. Fold! Good chance the button open with 3 high card with suited Ace. Might fluke it on the river with A3! I would not check the turn, If you decide to bet the flop continue betting. Or check-raising the flop is a good option. If he called out check-raise, we are done with it. With bottom 2 pair, I would like to take down on the flop esp OOP.
  4. My friend sent me a link. I check the video, right now I am 50/50 wondering it is true or not. Any comments? http://www.pokerrng.com/site2/index.php
  5. Read " Secret of Professional Pot-limit Omaha" by Rolf Slotboom. Best Omaha book by far in my opinion. I would normally raise pre-flop with AA-xx or good rundowns ( TJQK, 78TJ etc.) but I generally raise to 3 times BB. I hardly re-raise when there was a raise in front of me. My goal is to build the pot, hopefully I hit the flop hard and win a big pot. I normally play 10c/25c PLO at pokerstars. I found out at this limit, no one going to fold pre-flop after they put 25c in. So not much point re-raise with your AA-xx, because you never get it HU. Unless you are short-stack, calling is the best op
  6. I am going all the way here, but 1 thing to remember, why draw to straight or flush if someone already have full house? I would call the flop re-raise by the CO, if the turn card doesn't pair the board, I would go with it.
  7. Fold on the flop! CO re-raise you, what are the hands he would re-raise you with pre-flop? Normally AA, KK and some good rundown hands like 89TJ, AKTJ etc. Right now your hand is beating nothing. CO bet almost the pot and button called all-in. Definately up against a set or better. Cut your loss and move on. With hands like 8TQK, I would rather flop a big draw than hitting pairs.
  8. I wouldn't call the raise pre-flop in sb with 4456. End of story!
  9. Good thing you had position. Calling the bet on the flop is good. The only key outs you have is any 4 and also the 9s. Hard to know if your flush would be good. Any 9 would give your opponent better straight. Any 6 or 7 might be good, might be not. I would certainly call the flop bet, but I am not too thrill about my hand. If the flop is like 4s 5s Jh, I would be more happy to go to war.
  10. Raise $40-$50 and see what he would do. No point thinking your hand is beaten right now. If he shove, I guess you have to fold. If he mini-raise you, thats a call. If you are too chicken, just call his $2 river bet.
  11. Your raise on the turn was too big in my part. Raise to like $2 will get the job done. You will know exactly where you at. If you sure your flush draw would be good, call the turn. Otherwise fold.
  12. He has AT, KT sort of hands. Your $9 bet on the flop looks as a continuation bet in his part, so he raise with his top pair/decent kicker. JJ and a set also within his range. Is he making play and thought the flop miss you? I doubt it. Making 3-bet $50 on the flop gave you no info at all. Either you still way in front, or way behind. Is he sort of players thinking top pair is unbeatable? I would bet like $50 to $60 on the turn and see what he does. Fold to re-raise all-in. If he flat call again, I would check-call on the river. If he had a set, nothing you can do!
  13. I would not flat call the turn bet, even he had a straight you still have a bunch of outs. The $2 turn bet by the bb looks more like a block or probe bet to me. If he had K T in his hand, he would certainly bet pot size to protect his hand with all kind of draws out there. 8 10 is a possible. If I am in your seat, I would ask myself do I want to play a big pot or keep it under $10. Any info on the BB? Does he fold a lot? Does he willing to check-call with top pair or over pair? If I am in the bb, I would made pot size bet on the turn with QQ, KT, or even 8T in my hand, because I am in bad posi
  14. The check-call is not a bad option, leading out small about t150 is also ok, but a check might induce a bluff from the pre-flop raiser. The only hand you could lose to is AJ, or maybe KJ. If he has a big pocket, he would play it fast on the flop. If he had made his set, he might slow play it on the flop but I don't think he will check the turn with 2 flush and some connecting cards on the board. Unless he is just as good as Daniel, raising with 56 or 9T sooted, I would normally ignore these 2 combos. As he went check-check- bet, he might trying to buy it. He might still have AJ, but I am getti
