True enough. I was merely biatching about somehow losing when I was an 85-15 favorite with three left in the tournament. I realize it was only a $30 MTT and I wouldn't have the opportunity to use a table image to set up plays, etc. etc. I rarely complain about bad beats, but I felt I played a great MTT and that suckout cost me at least $400. Blah.

That's true. Though I'd played nothing but ABC poker the whole time because all these players sucked, so I think pot odds can be thrown out the window if you feel you're drawing that thin.

Bots are cheating because the rest of us have to maintain concentration and put in a real work while a team of people could have written a program that allows them to play profitable at 1/2 NL while collecting thousands in rakeback and playing exponentially more hands per week/month/year.Your only argument seems to be that the people who wrote a program to cheat had to know something about poker. Well... duh. People who make counterfeit money have to know something about making money. People who make Fake ID's need to know a thing or two about ID's. So on and so forth.

More common at mid-stakes, and less common at the highest stakes because the player pool is so small.I don't think that someone would be at a serious disadvantage if they were not using one. You'd lose some edge over the table if the rest of the players were using PT, but it also depends on how many hands those people have stored with the people they're up against. If they only have 100 hands or so, they really have no edge at all. If they have 10,000 hands ... you get the idea.

I also have a membership to both. Good stuff. I was already a solid cash game player, but CR.com helped me hone some PLO skills. PXF has really helped me because my MTT game was weak before I started watching these videos.

Has anyone tried looking into that shady cash transfer option FTP carries? It looks like a loophole to transfer funds from your checking or savings account, but if I email them I'll never get a reply.
