If you can't beat QQ with KK aipf you are pretty terrible and should just quit poker.

I am not saying that we should be worried about a river check-raise, I am saying that there is no point at all in betting this river as I pretty much cannot come up with a single hand that we beat calling us. You could bet the river as a bluff, but I would certainly not advise it.I don't think he has the straight because he bet the turn and you only flatcalled there and it's unlikely he wants to c/r you at the river. -
What calls a bet that we beat?Could've made atleast a $ 0.50 or a $ 1 bet on the river. -
I push. He never has AK here.
-
Ummmm, you know you are a favourite over the flush draw right? You would really really really have to suck very badly at poker to not get this in on the flop.

River is a super obv check.Preflop is bad. Raise or fold. I prefer to fold OOP.
-
They just have to shut down the site. Credibility is too important and there is too much competition in the market for online poker for a company to survive this hit and remain profitable IMO.

Yeah, on the river here we can only beat one hand of his range, KQ, and it is a pretty small part of his overall range. The turn should have been checked behind and we need to fold this river everytime.I would've checked the turn and maybe called the river if he bet $ 1-2 but the board hs straight/flush chances and you only have 1 pair to go with it. -
10/20 hu, hes a total sicko.$51,600?!? How?? -
Prob my favourite one so far.I am sure your ignorant and rude comments are just the kind here. I don't need to know how uneducated you are or the consensus you speak abouts boring going no were waste of time loser poker is. I can back up my grammar with Cal Berkeley professors were as you can milk low mental voltage. -
Wow man. I think I actually understood the general themes in your post.An other turn you can give him is to leave the table; many players who have rivered me etc then leave with all the maoney! This would burn him and equal the score. In live games if he was to hard the dealer would help, they don't allow much distraction. -
I dislike the OPs flop lead. As its played I guess maybe get it all in, but I do not like playing it this way at all.I usually reraise preflop, but calling is fine.I c/r the flop.As played, go allin here. This is AJ, KJ a lot of times. -
No, you really should.i could -

Firstly, his raise represents a made hand here I think, or QJ which is the only draw. It is extremely rare for an OOP villain to bluff-raise a cbet when a K falls. This hand is all about position. Because you have it here, I might advocate a call and then raise his turn bet. If you were OOP I would definately repop it here.

I read the reasoning, I also thought that was pretty horrible.I already explained my reasoning. But that's alright. -
His pf raise percentage is low for 6max, he could easily have smooth-called with AK here. You are beat when he does this on the turn, its an insta insta fold IMO.I don't know about other sites but there is usually a fair amount of reraising in the games on ultimate bet, coming from more than just the top few hands. Either way I'd expect to hear from AK preflop or on the flop so it is almost never in his range on the turn. -
This is horrible advice.i think we have the best hand here a lot. I don't think I can get away from this against a player who 3bets light and has been shown to make moves on pots with air.I fold. You're out of position, scared of losing the money, and you think the villain is better. Top pair top kicker might be good, but I dunno if you wanna stack off with it. -
Sitting with 40BBs its gonna take a lot for me to get away from QQ. Just ignore these idiots they are everywhere at the micro limits and they themselves are usually the worst players. I generally just enjoy it when they trash talk, a great deal of what they say is usually pretty hilarious.

Yeah, I think it is pretty standard to just call here, I certainly don't shove over the top. This is where the hand got a little unusual (as you guys suspected)Hero bets $2, CO raises to $5Hero??I'll tell you my thoughts: I contemplated a shove, but I felt as I didn't have the nut flush, and he'd just got sassy when the board paired I should just call for my own safety. I wasn't putting him on a boat, because kings and jacks don't generally limp in from the CO. Thoughts? -
Hey royal, glad to hear you are enjoying Surfers, I live in Brisbane so only about an hour away. I apologize on behalf of the nation for the disgrace that is live poker in Australia.
-
Wowow. So it really is that soft then? It's too bad we don't have live poker over here.I would say that the $1-2NL games in Florida are quite a bit softer than $10NL games on FT and UB. -
Post the hand converted without results in the no limit strategy forum.Your less than half-pot bet on the flop on a super-coordinated board into 3 opponents is pretty awful. I bet the full pot here. It does not give them the opportunity to get a great price on their draws and also helps us to define their hands here. As its played your flop bet is so weak that they could have floated it pretty light here on the flop so we do not really know where we are at.The turn is tough because of how badly you played the flop but I would probably bet 3/4 of the pot and fold to a raise. On the river I play it the same as you did.

The river is an insta-fold.I don't even think I bet that turn tbh.
