  1. You should know what works for you, in order to stay calm in tough situations. If you dont' then........
  2. Yeah playing all those hands, and then not being able to withdrawl it out, because all the payout methods are fing up, or so I hear. I have been hearing of people "Not going to be seeing there money for awhile" Thats what I have heard, really worth it. Not every person likes to play online, I'm one of those people. I'll stick with what I make money at, which is playing live.
  3. I can't believe noone has said Bobby Hatfield. Great singer, classic song "Unchained Melody" original version from 1962.
  4. With all these sites not accepting US players, and all the withdrawl, and depositing methods that are messing up, I would spend all my time at the casino, get away from the hassle, and problems of online. Go into the casino, play poker, take home my check, that simple. But I only live 30 min from my hometown casino, and there are two more right close together, so I have 3 casino's to choose from within 30-45 min from where I live, but....... The only site I have heard that is a really good site is UB, you might want to try that.
  5. I have been having the same problem, tried to logon early this afternoon, and said to try back later, and havent' tried it since. Weird.
  6. I don't know which has more worse for you, a chicken fajita burrito with chicken, peppers, chesse, and tomatoes, or a double quarter pounder, with a large frie, that is just rolling in salt? HMMMMM. I would think the second one is worse for you. Damn they put alot of salt on those fries.
  7. I probably call in this position, like stated above you have alot of outs. I expect anything from a set here, to a big pocket pair from 10's -AA's. So in this spot no dout that you are probably behind more times than not, and going to catch your flush draw, I call because you have mid pair, with top kicker, and drawing to the nuts. Like I said you will se a set, or high pocket pair, him trying to protect his hand from the flush, but IMO this is a call. And from all the outs villian may not like what comes on the later streets. How did the hand turn out?
  8. I think the most likely holding for villian in this spot is a Q. I don't like the turn reraise, I would have liked just a smooth call. Then see what villian does on the river, since you have position, if he checks like he did then I don't really like the push, you need to figure out an amount that will get called the majority of the time. If you think he'll call the all in 20% of the time, call a half pot bet 50% of the time, call a 2/3 to pot bet 75-80% of the time, then go for the 2/3 to pot sized bet. I think a push is going to force a fold, which you kinda gave away your hand when rera
  9. First, dont' raise preflop, checking like you did is fine. Why would you want to play against another big stack with such a weak hand? Your main focus since your on the bubble is to target the short stacks, and knock one of them out, so you at least you are ITM. Seems pretty standard, but when villian bets this flop, even though its the min. i'm folding this on the flop. One big rule in NLHE is never go broke in a limped pot. You got carried away with your top pair, with a horrible kicker, and three hearts on board, in which you had no heart, I think this is a horrible play IMO, not tryin
  10. You know your playing a fish when........... (WS)
  11. The only thing I really know about the Flames is I hear about there goalie alot. Kiprissoff (sp?), I remember when they had Turek, because he couldn't cut it down in St. Louis, hated that goalie. Big goalie since I have been goalie for about 11+ years.
  12. Chicken Fajita Burrito, mild salsa, lots of cheese, lots of sour creme, and lettuce. Awesome burrito, but I agree very overpriced. But what can I say, tastes good, and better for you than McDonalds.
  13. Dropkick Murphy's is good, "Kiss me I'm **** Faced." Thats a good one. There's a group from around my area, there called The Elders, they have some really good upbeat music. "Send A Prayer", "Buzz's Jig", "American Wake" Those are just a few, you can't go wrong with The Elders, check them out.
  14. NLHE is my main game. I don't think I could ever get tired of it. If the game is profitable, then I don't think I can ever get tired of making money.
  15. LOL, My friend was at work one day complaining about a stomach pain. His job told him to stay 45 min. later anyway. His stomach hurt so bad that he had a hard time driving home. He gets home and his parents say he dont look so good, and he goes to the hospital. He needs to get his appendix taken out. He didn't have health insurance, and now because of the surgery he is in 31,000 in debt, because of not having health insurance. Yeah I think health insurance is something everyone needs, because you never know what is going to come up.
  16. 1. Colorado Avs2. Flyers3. Toronto Maple LeafsEver since the retirement of Patrick Roy, and Peter Forsberg going to the flyers, I don't think the Avs have been doing well. I havn't seen a game in forever because I can never find one on TV. But I'm glad the Avs got rid of David in goal, and we have Jose Theodore.
  17. When I work out, I lift weights, and Metallica always fires me up.
  18. I found Poker Superstars to be the dumbest poker show on TV. Sorry I couldn't be of more help to you, but to answer the last part of your ? no I don't watch.
  19. Hey trader, did you belong to a forum a while back with the screen name M3Trader? Just wondering, its kinda off topic, but the other forum I go to was talking about that guy, and was just wondering if it was you.
  20. At my local casino here in the midwest, well we have three fairly close to one another they don't have any 1/2 games, they only have 2/5 for there cash games. I don't have the BR to be playing at the 2/5 game, so I bet that game could be pretty easy since they don't have 1/2 and the people who should be playing 1/2 play 2/5, and donk off there stack. But on the other hand, since its the only cash game they have at the level, it may attract the fairly good players, and be pretty tough. I have the confidence to play at that level, just not the BR, and I take BR management very seriously, so I
  21. Intiall raise is fine, after villian reraises, just call. See a flop, don't push with this hand, in this early in a tourney, I don't want to be racing for my tourney life, I would rather be a big fav., and the range you put him on you were not a big fav.
  22. If you feel like your crushing the 1/2 game, and if you think you can handle the 2/5 game, give the 2/5 a shot. If you don't feel comfortable, and if you get slaughtered at the 2/5 game then you move back down to the 1/2, since you making a profit from the 1/2 game. Its kinda player dependent IMO, what do you think your capable of, do you think your game is consistant, and do you think you can make a profit playing at a higher level? Thats the whole point is to make a profit, and if you feel like you can, then give it a shot. GL
  23. Make a bigger raise preflop, then fold the river, he has you beat, don't get married to those AA's.
  24. I agree with the above statement, don't try to limp in with big pairs QQ-AA in multiway pots, way to dangerous. Raise these big pairs to isolate your opponent, the more times you limp or slow play these big pairs the more you will be seeing your KK and AA getting cracked by people limping in with SC's. One big rule in NLHE don't ever go broke in a multiway limped pot.
