  1. So Daniel, I always hear that "Tight is right" Which in your opinion is better. Having a tight table image, or a loose table image. I think in the AA hand with all low cards on the table with a loose image your getting action here, but with a tight image I doubt you get any action at all. Just your thoughts?
  2. Ok I'm not very good at math, so this may be a little off. Based on the read that villian is a donkey, and rarely folds anything, I'm going to be looking to take his stack here. On the river his stack is $143, thas after the 6 call, 36 call, and 50 call. To the river your stack is $658. If you bet this flop, which I think you should check, and villian will most likely bet this flop, you should c/r him all in. But if you check and pushes, you need to call $143 into a $327 pot, with the third to the nuts. I think those are odds enough for me to win villians whole stack for the fourth time,
  3. I didn't read the OP, but from the title, is sounds like your talking about internet players, and how bad they are. By reading the thread you posted about the 22 hand, I have to sit back, and say before judging others play, you should review yours first. That 22 hand you played was just horrible.
  4. Watch this video and see for yourself. All the wings fans on youtube was sayin that Roy got his *** kicked, because Osgood pinned Roy agains the boards, and Roy lost his balance and fell down. Who cares that Osgood fell on top of Roy, that don't mean a thing. Just count how many times the announcer say, "Right by Roy!" All you can hear is Right, Left, Uppercut, RIght, Left, Right,Right!! All by Roy.
  5. Since you say the players are all bad, and insane players, I think the obvious answer to your question is to bet at this flop.
  6. I got mine revoked as well. I was playing in a tourney and this guy got PO because I took a big part of his stack in one hand. He was berating my play, and I was just sitting there saying nothing, until he was saying crap like "Where do you live? I should come over to your hometown and see you, and give you an a$$ beating" And stupid crap like that, then I stated a couple of things to him, then he gave me his address, and phone number in the chat box, after I told him it was probably a fake number, he told me to call it. After the tourney was over I got an email saying my chat was revoked
  7. There is like no way around playing poker or anything at any of my casino's. They have caught so many underage people, because those people have heard about people doing it in AC, or LV, this isn't LV, or AC, this is Missouri. They card you the first thing when you step onto the casino floor, if you look young they card you. When you go to cage to collect your money from cash games, or from a tourney, they card you, and they have this little device to put your license under, to make sure its real, so fake ID"s are out of the question. Thats how most people get caught around here. They hav
  8. Yeah the guy had a ****/t/y golf swing, and he was right next to me, saying under his breath, "Why is it doing that?, What I'm I doing wrong?" So I just decided to put in some insight, and give him a little tip. By your reply's I sense that your kinda being a Di/ck. Calling someone you don't know a pus/s/y, and saying I don't have a pair. LOL all I can do is laugh at people like you. Just wanted some feedback on how I should approach the issue, so I wouldn't be fighting with a friend over something so stupid, because people get mad over stupid things. But I found your reply's ignorant, a
  9. Looks like he flopped a flush draw, and caught his flush on the river. From how villian played the hand, this is a fold for me every time.
  10. UMMMMM.... No Like I said it was my friend, what would give you the idea that is was me? Just read my other posts on this site. Like I said in the OP he plays online tourneys, I only play live, I don't play online. And to the other guy no I'm not 13, but thanks for the compliment, I have been told in person I look pretty young.
  11. LOL yeah I guess I'm a fuc/king pu/ssy for not telling him he's a freaking donk. Yeah OK thanks for the advice bro. I'm the kind of person who doesn't like to start shi/t and I thought if I told him how he was playing then he would get all piss.y and be a total d-bag about it. It's like golf, I have played golf for many years, and I tried giving this one guy at the range advice on his swing, and he told me to leave him alone, and to STFU. But then again I guess pus/sy's play golf to huh?
  12. I picked the mossberg because I have also heard it being really reliable, and its pretty much the cheapest gun you can get brand new. I think around here they had one a ****'s for like $400, most brand new they cost from $350-$400. I would like to get a really nice O/U (over under), but I dont' have $1500+ to spend on it.
  13. Do you guy ever come up against you need to tell your friend something, and you want to tell them in a nice way, but just can't seem to find a way to tell them with out them getting pissed? I have this problem. It's poker related. My friend isn't making any sense. Ex: He plays online poker, just tourneys. I don't play online. I was watching him play in this one tourney, and he had K/10o in the CO, he limps in, and the guy in the SB raises 5XBB, my friend folds, and shows. The guy shows 9/9, and says ****, I had him dominated! I'm saying in my head WHAT!! Another example, makes a pot
  14. To the OP, I wasn't talking to you, about this being a bad beat. I was talking to Zach, and it was just a mis type or something like that on his part. Zach I wasn't trying to act like an a$$, thats why I typed "NOt trying to act like an ignorant a$$" Just so you dont take it the wrong way zach.
  15. I didn't say that was going to be my strategy, I said that I'AM GUESSING THIS WILL BE THE STRATEGY OF MOST PEOPLE, and if thats the case, then I will play aggressive. Just to clear that up.
  16. Just like everyone stated above, the level of play at 1/2NL cash games is pretty horrible, people calling you down with bottom pair. When I first played it wasn't in a casino, it was at my girlfriends house against friends. I had never played, and didn't even know what a blind was. I walked away that night with quite a bit. I knew it was beginners luck, because I really didn't know what I was doing. But I took the time to learn the game, read books, read helpful forums, and now I'am a consistant NL tourney winner. But good job on the cash, and GL playing monthly.
  17. First: Yeah I mixed in tight on one side and aggression on the other side, I know you can be both (TAG)Second: Someone asked where this is going to be. It will be at Harrah's casino.Third: I have never played in this type of tourney, so I dont know if anyone gets worse than fist if they get money? If anyone is experienced in this type of toureny does second get any money? Third? Forth? and so on? If it 1st place is the only place that gets something (WSOP ME) then I would expect people to be picking there spots, and sitting back, rather than being really aggresive early on.
  18. Just wondering if anyone here is into shotguns, sporting clays, trap, or hunting alone. I'm in the process of getting a Mossberg 500 12 gauge pump, its going to be my rabbit, turkey, duck, dove, quail, and sporting clays gun. Anyone on here have any shotguns, and if so what kind?
  19. Dave MathewsChris DaughtryLead singer for the Elders (Irish band, can't think of the lead singers name, friend of my dads though.)
  20. I think I just push it all in preflop. If you just flat call this preflop that leaves you with around 1,950 in chips, what are you going to do, if villina CB's this flop? You going to fold?
  21. Tough break, but not to sound like an ignorant a$$, where is the bad beat?
  22. Had a question for you that read this thread. I'am planning on playing in the 2007 WSOP ME satellight at my home town casino. The buy-in is $200, and there will be 100 entrys. This takes place in April, so I have a month before it starts. What strategy do you think I should be trying here in this tourney? Should I play tight, and pick my spots, and don't play big pots without premium starting hands, and adjust my play accordingly when the blinds start to get up there? If the tabl is weak, should I use my aggressive style to run over the table?, or should I still sit back and pick my spots
  23. REALLY..... I COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT........
