  1. Railing, GL, TID.Love the boobs.
  2. When someone is on a draw, just shove all in and make them play the maximum to outdraw you.Remember when you're playing against a calling station, you will win less pots, guaranteed. However the pots you do win will be much bigger. Keep in mind the longterm aspect of poker, and don't let it get to you if you play a hand right and get the wrong outcome. Just think of all the Sklansky dollars you will win!!
  3. 1. It's second pair top kicker, not top top.2. You're pretty much pot committed, you have to call.3. On the river, he is all in, so you can just sit back, see what happens and either celebrate with a small fist pump, or groan, say dammit, and begin shortstack mode
  4. Pokerwire.com - Pokerwire RadioEspn.com/poker - The Poker EdgeCardplayer.com - The CircuitBluffmagazine.com - They also have a radio showAnteup Radio.com Those are the only ones I know of, pokerwire is my personal favorite
  5. I just don't appreciate when people call me out like that, and 16% ITM is the same as like rizen and belowabove, granted I play smaller buy ins but still.
  6. Hennigan was drawing dead. Sorry I don't know what else to say other than that I've never played cap NLHE.
  7. I ordered my 5million FPP Aston Martin yesterday.Should be in soon.
  8. Opportunity cost?Someone did well in economics.
  9. It is. You don't have to get called very often to make shoving more +EV and than betting 400.
  10. I agree with this if he is likely to check. If he is an aggressive player who will read your limp as weakness and autoshove, save your money and fold.
  11. But in general, you're going to get called by a player who wants to use his position to his advantage. Then you wind up playing a bigger pot OOP.If the blinds are 100-200 and you're playing HU against a limper, you can play your OOP pots for 400 a pot, and if you make it 500 on the button everytime, you're playing 1000 pots when you have positional advantage. I know I may be going against the bible of tournament poker here, but do you see my point? I like to get more money in the pot when I have an edge. HU, I believe the edge of position trumps the edge of good cards.
  12. Value betting is overrated.Let's say you bet 400, and we'll assume you get called everytime. Let's say you bet ~2000 and get called far less often. You still only have to get called better than only 20% of the time to make this a profitable play. Remember to think long term, even in tournaments.
  13. I think the clowns from general should have their own separate website.
  14. Let this be a lesson to you youngsters about BR management.
  15. Well either he has an ace or he doesn't. My guess is he does. Most people have trouble firing that third barrel bluff, so checking to induce a bluff won't work often enough IMO. If he does have AK/ AQ I think you're probably going to get called.
  16. Is that in reference to me? Why would you want to inflate a pot when you're out of position, and suspicious that we could be dominated?I think 16x the BB is a little much to be shoving in with A 10. HU I like to bring it in for a small raise in position, and not raise when I'm out of position. Since you're more likely to win the pot when you're on the button, you want those pots to be bigger than when you're OOP. That's just my theory.
  17. If you fold, you're just making yourself look like a LAGgy even more. You have position, and you're deep enough to justify a call, IMO.However folding is still the safest route I think since it's almost guaranteed that you'll see a cont. bet from the BB again, and you're only about 33% to hit a pair on the flop.
  18. Nice job, nh with the Ks8s Lol donkaments.
  19. There was no need to make this play.
  20. Hand 1 is good, because he does not have a full house. There is no way anyone would check this flop with 2 pair of a set. He likely has A 8 or something. Hand 2 this guy seems like a calling station. If you think he has A Q, you have like 15 outs once, making you about a 2 to 1 dog or so. I would just call and see the river before you go committing all kinds of chips on a draw. You'll probably get paid if you hit anyways.
  21. I'm sure everyone was fooled by your ingenius ploy.
