When I place in local tournaments, I usually do about the same thing you did, I keep the hundreds and leave the rest. If I win 440, I leave em 40 and keep the 4 bills. If I win 225, I'll drop the green and keep the two blacks. I think $35 was a nice toke for them.

I believe in most 10k buy in tournaments now, $300 is taken out for the floor and staff. What most people dont know is that the majority of the floor are more greedy and money hungry than almost anyone! Only about 1% of that money goes to the actual dealers. I bet Negreanu left around 25k. He is a pretty classy guy.

I could be wrong but I think those white ones with the blue and red in them are all flags ( 5k$ )..... I dont think they have 100k$ chips, the 25k chips are called cranberries and are a reddish color, Im pretty sure.

I deal at MGM, and I live off Eastern and Serene.

I live about 7 miles from the strip in a two story, 3 bedroom house with a recreation room in which we turned into a poker room. House has a pool, hot tub, and a waterfall, and our total rent is 1550$, so were paying about 520$ a person. Thats not bad at the location were at, right @ Green Valley Ranch.

Sounds like a great Idea, Ive met a few people off here but Id like to meet a lot more. Golf+Poker is definantly a good time.

At the time of the deal I had 3.1 million and was in second, the stacks were ( maybe off a tad ) 3.3, 3.1, 1.9 and 850 I believe

I was tired and it turns into a big crapshoot with 40/80k blinds. I definantly didnt want to run into bad luck that late into it.

I'm a dealer, and the best games for us are probably the 4-8 and 10-20 limit games and the 2-5 nl games. In the 4-8 and 10-20 I get about a buck a hand, sometimes 2, but the games move fairly quick so I can pump out a lot of hands. Yes, the bigger the limits, usually the worse the tokes. I have a few friends that deal at Bellagio, and they for the most part hate the high limit games. They said everyone you see on TV doesnt act like it, and are complete SOB's. Tipping isnt mandatory, so a buck a hand is fine with me I will never ever complain.

I deal at MGM and I know during those dates we will be playing a lot of low limit mixed games just for fun. Send me a PM when you get here, Id like to meet some people from the site to play with.
