  1. sigh....i think this is close (tho i'm horrible obv) like, I get jamming might lose some valu, but i think a live-donkament player is gonna call to a smallish raise here a decent amount. I don't feel too comfortable on a lot of flops i dunno....i suck at this game now... edit: I just think every option sucks
  2. some above the rim insight there lankles. wsop, learn the shove charts, they are very helpful in fast-structured tournaments. Everything Fargo has laid out is really good. Another thing you wanna do is adjust your calling ranges in certain spots. when stack sizes get so shallow, people are going to be jamming a larger range of hands. we have to combat this w/ adjusting to a larger calling range v certain players. Just try some of that stuff and keep trying to improve your game.
  3. nice lil cooler and liked how it was played
  4. 26k roll...think you can find a 100/200 game somewhere
  5. pretty trivial fold if you ask me edit: I mean, I get that he is competent, but if you think he is gonna have a decently tight range, its a fold. If he had jammed on you a time or 2 before, i think this is a call
  6. Cobalt, is that copied from Highway's post? He said that he typed something in wrong when doing the calculation. After thinking it about it, I definitely agree w/ kobe2odom8 who says this is a pretty easy jam. SB can call and we are almost always ahead of his 2bb range obv, and it we are forcing BB to wake up w/ a hand and he can call worse a decent amount of the time. so ya, slug it in!!!!
  7. How much will this change the look of getting legislation in put? I just don't see it happening for some time still, which is sad
  8. need to know pay out structure to be able to do an ICM calculator. It is a hella close spot tho, but I'd prolly jam
  9. The key to the multi entry mtts are game selecting correctly. For example, usually like a $100 freeze is a good value (especially on stars or w/e), but when you have it multi entry, it isn't as much value b/c the fish in these fields usually only stick to 1 bullet, leaving meh regs, decent regs, and good regs to max entry. You have to assess your skill level and go according to that. The best value are usually the $26 multi entry. Fish usually use more bullets on those and the prize pools become even better. With that, another factor is how many tables you feel comfortable with. So ya,
  10. edit: ffs, I am horrendous w/ reading. **** it, just slam turn as donk said
  11. bet/get it in. you have a straight w/ 11bbs and a drunk guy who will pay you off light. Ton of draws to get value from
  12. ya, this just sounds like a horrendous idea. Really like the idea of having a job for stable income and play serious recreational. That is a really small sample size to determine if you could start playing for a living.
  13. Don't take this the wrong way, but if you couldn't beat games online, you probably are nowhere near good enough to play full-time. Try to improve your game, play when you have time and continue to build a bankroll. Trying to start playing full-time, 12 buyins at 1/2 is just not the greatest idea.
  14. Poker community feels that he is playing w/ their money. So then it would be assumed that you're alright w/ taking the players money. I'm just saying this b/c of what I read on twitter from a large amount of respected players. Think it is a pretty shitty spot tho
  15. think he said on twitter that he was gonna do a vblog or something.
  16. if CO is arggo don't see how this is anything but a jam
  17. Open for less PF. Gonna pretty much do the same thing as making it 22k PF. I prolly just minraise or make it like 17000. Do that so you can cbet smaller and be able to get away from it post if possible. If you're worried about anything, jamming PF is definitely an option as well And I might check this flop. I dunno tho, haven't played poker for a while
