I think you misunderstood.They aren't going to show every hand delt in the session.They are going to show every players hole cards in the hands they do show. (they will show all the hole cards that are mucked pre flop, like they do in WPT)

Im not 100% sure, but i think you are wrong about that.If you have mucked your hand, there is no way of proving if you did have the winning hand, he would probably get a warning and the dealer would probably make sure that it didnt happen again, but i think the angle shooter wins the pot.
