  1. I would make it $0.6 preflop, but $0.5 is ok.Meh, I don't like leading into two villains on that flop, I much prefer check-folding. As played, I'm folding to the min raise on the flop. You could have the best hand, but a lot of the time you won't and you will be OOP the rest of the hand.
  2. Leading out on a A-high board, when you have the betting lead, is pretty standard. $7.5 is a pot sized raise, so I would make it a little bit larger then that. You don't want to raise small and give your opponents good (correct) odds AND position.I'm ok with taking it down preflop.
  3. First off: GG NLHEPLO, wow, I'm totally addicted. It's a brazillion times more fun and much more profitable then NLHE. I'm probably gonna post a ton off dumb/standard hands, but bare with me as I'm learning PokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha High, $0.25 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FCP)saw flop|saw showdownSB ($13.50)BB ($20.45)IAGTTAYM ($61.15)MP ($73.45)Button ($40.50)Preflop: IAGTTAYM is UTG with T , 3 , K , K . 4. LOL, I saw the hand "live" and I fell out of my chair. I asked him about it in the chat, he said it was too advanced for me to understand.
  5. Cardrunners is an excellent tool to help you speed up the learning curve. I became a member 5 months ago and at about the same time I made my first deposit at PS for $50. Since then, I've turned those $50 into about $5k, winning two $10 tournaments and constantly beating cashgames. Maybe I could have done it without cardrunners, but it would definitely taken a longer time.
  6. You've taken two pots from him in a short timespan, with that in mind (plus that you are oop) raising small preflop seems to be the superior line. I don't hate calling preflop oop, but I would need a very aggressive villain and a good read to do so comfortably. As played, I make a small raise on the flop to ~15. If he has an overpair, he will probably have a hard time folding and if he has AK-AQ, he might do something stupid out of frustration.
  7. I, like every other Swede, was all high about Backstrom in the beginning of the season. He was averaging like 2 ppg for a good amount of games, sick. But since december he and his team has been totally under the ice. I'm sure some of you watched the WJC and Backstrom was supposed to lead Sweden towards the final, but he was shite all tourney. Insteed players like Omark, Isaksson and Hornqvist (non of them is even drafted!) was the leading stars. Backtrom was embarrassing to see, he seemed unmotivated and slow. Maybe his thoughts are in Washington already, who knows, but I don't think he will b
  8. Villain was 19/13/3 after 50 hands and he was multi-tabling. Normally I would raise more, but I thought I could lure villain to bluff/push on this board, as he might think he has some fold eq
  9. Smooth calling the flop is fine after villain makes the min raise. Raise the turn, no doubt. Shove river, you will get action from A,K,Q-J.
  10. Thanks! It feels good, as I've been running pretty bad in the cashgames the last week or so. I think this was a much needed confidence boost.
  11. We made a 50/50 chop and played for 300. Thanks everyone for the rail, without it I wouldn't have made it.
  12. I've run over them all tourney, but they have started to play back a lil now. Time to tighten up maybe....
  13. Down to 600k. Made trips on the river, but villain had a better kicker.
  14. Down to seven. I'm guaranteed 400 bucks.EDIT: Now we are six-handed.
  15. I'm sitting 3/10 right now. Come rail me, I'm about to fall asleep here
  16. Somebody is trying to delete the internet!
  17. Blah, I was sitting with 26k in the Stars ds...
  18. Yeah, it's down for me too
  19. Feb:-Make 10 buy-ins at $25. (From the 16th) Started of great, was up to $150-ish after four days, playing pretty good. Then I had my "once a month" monkey-tilt session and lost that. Ended up at +$90 + some rake back. March:-Average 500 hands a dayMake $500 so I can move up to $50
  20. Thanks for the replays Jordan,What my concern is, I guess, is that I would give up too muchh equity with my LAG style, if I don't play 2 overs + fd fast (Especially oop). Even at $25 people like to play back at LAGs on low flops and thus me feeling like I have too play 'em fast almost every time. Is this a legitimate concern?
  21. I recently went over some HHs and I think I've found a major leak in my flop game. 22. Value bet on the river? Villain only got $10.9 after he made his $7 bet on the river. If I'm going to raise, I'm just gonna push.I'm not overly concerned with 999, as most decent villains will fold 9-x preflop OOP, after my rr.
  23. 24. Fold preflop. I wouldn't lead this flop ever. You got a K-high flushdraw on a paired board, you are OOP and there is 5 people left to act. Just c/c the flop and c/f ui on the turn. Now that you hit your hand, bet more. I would probably bet $35-40. The $20 bet is giving you no information at all, MP1s raising range could be wide. As played, I would fold the turn. You lead the flop into 5 people, got four callers. You lead turn weakish, got called, raised, and called. It's possible that you have the best hand, but its very marginal, and it would cost a lot to find out.
  25. After villain made his $1 bet on the turn, he only got $2.24 left.
