Three 4.40 stakes going to whoever has the most witty statement along with their PS names to be used in a 180. If PSUfans2 replies hes on lock with one but the other two go to whoever.... This of course in response to my just cashing over a Grand....

Thanks for the feedback. To answer the question I read a chapter then go and try to work on the concepts in that chapter.... Another thing funny you bring up Play Poker like the Pros. That was the first book I ever read and basically taught me how to play. I think it is a great first book because it teaches you to be extremely tight when you are a beginner which is a great advantage over other beginners.

I am currently reading another poker book. However it seems that immediately after reading any book and trying to incorporate the ideas into my play... I always drop a few buy-ins first... After the initial slump I usually am a better player as a whole... My questions are: 1. Is this a common problem? 2. Is there any way to avoid this?

Shovel to isolate.

It all depends really.... If you have good reads on your opponents then let your chips work for you and take down a few more pots then usual.... If not you can tighten up and only play big hands... and look to take out shortstacks on flips for a smaller percentage of your chips.

Grinder I am sooooo sorry dude!!! I had absolutly no idea you shipped me 11. Honestly I thought i signed up too late for the draft and never realized I was drafted and I specified I didn't need a stake.... I am shipping the 11 back to you as we speak and I hope you accept my sincerest apologies.

I'm playing about 8% and we have been at this table for awhile... I raised preflop one time and showed down rockets... Then this hand comes up... Do we just assume at the $10 180's no one knows how to read table images? Do we calll here? I also assume he has a huge hand cause you know the BB is pushing and he is going to be forced to show his hand. Which leads me even more to folding here. This guy that puts me in has been tight. What do we think he has and do we call?PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t300 (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (F

Is it tecnically a scoop if there is no low hand in a hi low game and you "scoop" the whole pot?
