I guess i'm overreacting, but I think that saying it's legal makes it sound like playing poker at other places IS illegal. If it was accepted as LEGAL, then they wouldn't even need to say that it's "100% legal".

Ok, i'm watching the Brewers/Dodgers game and all of a sudden I see a scrolling advertisement on the bottom of the screen for ClubWPT.com saying the following "100% Legal Online Poker at ClubWPT.com". Now that made me think a few things, first, how can they use that phrase when advertising on national TV? Doesn't that phrase imply that online poker is illegal everywhere but on ClubWPT? Secondly, doesn't this do a disservice to the casual player who doesn't technically know the recent history of the legislation of online poker and will cause this type of player to be discouraged from playing po

My argument isn't "plain stupid" at all. Daniel gave off this "I don't really care" attitude quite frequently this WSOP ie: his crazy 3k triple chance antics, his ME showing, etc. That 33 bustout hand was played about as bad as you can play a hand and he managed to execute that in the Main Event of the WSOP. I'm starting to hate how everytime someone posts something about staking or backing or whatever, and there is always some type of controversy about someone rolling someone, or owing someone money or whatever.Why can't people just be legit and not have issues with other people?I think poker breeds certain negative sides of people generally and it sucks that people can't just be honest and straight up in their dealings with other poker players.I'm drunk kind of./rant
