I Got Bored And Over Played Crappy Cards...
Vyszion replied to Pot Odds RAC's topic in No Limit Texas Hold'em Cash Games
5 limpers, one of those being a massive calling station, you have straight and flush possibilities, a call isn't a bad move at all... -
just incase they got dealt the "how to play blackjack" card...but yea, he's going to get called.

It could just be variance, or maybe you play diferent becuase you are more comfortable at home, or distracted (TV? Radio?). Also you might not see money the same becuase you aren't actually holding the chips.Just random shots in the dark...

Surprised no one seems to mention that mike was less than a 2 to 1 dog and would have most likely been down that money that he won. Dosen't mean Vos deserves anything back, these things happen, but it would be a nice thing to do to just stake him in some tournies.

Tp 2nd Kicker Vs A Short Stack.
Vyszion replied to No_Neck's topic in No Limit Texas Hold'em Cash Games
Call, 99 22 and K9 are the only things I could see him having that beat you here. KK and AK seem like they would have reraised preflop. -

The article looks like it didn't pass, but if it did pass I'll hear it in simple terms on the dialy show on monday. Also from some stuff I heard earlier this will only limit transactions going into the poker site, so even when the bill passes you can play till your broke right? Of cuase this is still really bad, becuase all of the fish will slowly start to widdle away, and then some of the good players will start to drop out, continuing on till there are like 3 players left with all the money from everyone.... It will be like a giant 5 year tournament.... this actualy sounds kinda fun =PI kno

Joe Hachem... What A Cool ****ing Dude
Vyszion replied to TylerSalzman's topic in General Poker Forum
Definatly the best winner in the last few years. When he was at the feature table he still was shown in a positive light, but he seemed to get edgy in the episode he was knocked out in, don't know if thats from editing, or he was just pissy that day. -
What happened with the 2 million chip mistake, I only listened to the thing about the lawsuit. Was it one person who got the chips? How/When did they enter play?

Read some poker books...alot of poker books.First stop trying to read a player exactly, especilay when they have only made call preflop, all you can do is put them on a range of hands, and with only a preflop call, that range is going to be very big. You can't look at a flop and judge what hand they have, becuase they haven't acted yet... Think about what your doing before you do it...Also if you knew he was a tight plyaer this was an even worse move. In most cases if someone calls a huge overbet such as this one they have you beat, if they folded they have a chance of folding teh better ha

Yea, the open push for 6x the pot was completly stupid. Betting 3/4ths the pot will get you the info you need, if he pushes you don't have to risk it on 1 pair with a nice stack.
