  1. Last night in our home game, on a board of AK442, a girl bet 2K on the end and was called. She showed AJ and her opponent said you have me out-kicked. In one motion, he flashed A10 and tossed it into the muck. Some players saw it including the dealer. One spoke up and said it was a chop. The player now alerted to his mistake became adamant that it was indeed a chop. So the girl who saw his hand, agreed. The pot was huge.Is it cards talk if he merely flashes his hand and mucks it. If so, what if the dealer didn't see it?

  4. I run a fairly large poker league in NC and we've had some issues surrounding behavior when someone is all and multiple players have yet to act. Last week, i sent out this email to curtail the most obvious form of collusion: "If somebody is all in, and two players are contemplating a call, you can not say, “Let’s both call and we’ll just check it down.” When that happens, the pot is dead and everybody gets their chips back.
