Hi All,A local club has a 1-2 NL game going every night. The play is totally loose and the game attracts guys who are just there for a night out and who don't seem to mind dropping two or three hundred bucks on a regular basis. I've played 5 times now and am up a net $1635 in 28 hours of play.The problem is the game has some funky house rules. Three of a kind still beats two pair though The rule I am having trouble with is they limit pre-flop raises to ten dollars. Might be time to bring in the reserves and start picking the best teams. Glad I've saved the Sens this far in the season. If I win this thing (fingers crossed) I'm not sure if I want them to make the finals though. Since the alternative is drowning myself in the bottom of a bottle of Jack Daniels (come to think of it that doesn't sound like such a bad idea) I thought I'd share my sorrow with people who probably understand.Just had a day where nothing went right. 20 straight finishes out of the money in tourneys today. Some stupid play but for the most part just bad luck. Oh well - time to go see if Jack brought some Buds along too. You can never have too many friends on a day like this.
