yeah I dont get that either..can u clear the $75 bonus playing w/ that $25 chip?It is my understanding that you can -- otherwise I don't think they would put that promotion in your account details as being available.

I usually play HU on Pokerroom (same thing), Its a goldmine.. im not going to w/ 30 bucks though, Im actually going to try to make a run for it and make 500 in a few days to get myself a free trip to Acapulco..BTW: LMAO..accidentally joined a pot limit table instead of NL and didnt notice until my 3rd hand that i saw aces and I get censored I cant push.. so I bet the pot get 4 callers end up pushing on the flop and im at 56, in roughly 3 handsNice... I decided after doubling up at the NLHE tables, I should keep one open. So, I'm have my entire roll taken up at the moment, split between Omaha

You get $75 after you clear 250 power points or whtaever they're called.
-
Eh, big deal. That means you just have to leave $25 in there most of the time... which is fine with me. I'm up to $62 after some guy thought he could handle me heads up in NL HE. He played so scared. He left, but not after I took some of his money. It's back to the Omaha tables for me. Come play, it'll be fun.

How do you calculate Power Points? We use a the following formula:Hold'em, Omaha, 7 Card Stud1 point for every raked real money hand where the rake was $1.00 or more. You get 0.5 points for every raked real money hand where the rake was less than $1.00 (but more than $0.50). You do not have to pay rake to earn points, you just need to be dealt cards. If you are sitting out you will not earn any points.Tournaments5 player points are awarded for every paid dollar in entry fee (real money tournaments). For example, if you enter a $20+2 tournament, you will be awarded 5 * $2 = 10 points, if you en

Mos Def, Talib Kweli...but I'll pretty much listen to anything if it sounds good. Right now I'm on an acoustic rock trip, though, so I haven't listened to much rap at all. It's kinda scary that Cena isn't all that bad. I used to watch WWE with a dorm buddy of mine. Seriously, the WWE is pretty damn hilarious if you can watch it knowing it's not supposed to be 'good'. I guess you just have to be immature.. .haha. -
I'm at the smallest limit Omaha tables, name is the same. How do we get hte freeroll rolling?

Didn't look real hard, did ya? -
Continue reading and you'll find out. After your first, you must collect "Million Points", and you get another entry into a heat for every 100 points. So you have to play at the site, basically.

Agreed, Steve. However, I think a lot of the problems could be resolved with (as someone mentioned above) a stricter code for the mod, or more mods. (JayWeb, I'm not blaming you -- you're just busy, as you have a lot of opportunities -- no one blames you for that.) The benefits of a mod or two or three who will edit someone's unnecessary post so that it reads something like, "I apologize, I was unnecessarily being a jerk. Don't listen to me," are two-fold: the poster realizes what is not appreciated, and the people who read it may think twice next time they choose to flame.Internet forums

Congrats to Canada... if you were closer to the equator, I'd totally live there.

Don't tap the glass. Tell him it's a great hand.At the least, you should probably get your chatting ability suspended for a while. Hell, I've seen play money people back in the day on PokerStars get their chat suspended... PLAY MONEY.

You think Doyle is going to say, "Well, Lyle is the third or fourth best PLO player in the game, but we couldn't get the others to write for us, so we got Lyle. O well." ?

I play the O8 ring games at PP frequently, so I have a question: How often do you cash in those? Curious as to whether I should give them a shot or not.

Quit trying to read more into it than intended. He's not being sly or stealthy. He's just taking a dig at Hellmuth, plain and simple. He's just making fun of Hellmuth. He is making fun of Hellmuth. If you hadn't noticed, he's making fun of Hellmuth.
-
Man, I really want to see this event on TV now. I need to be reminded in August. Watching a table with those pros would be fun anyway, let alone with apparent tension between Hellmuth and... everyone else.
-
The digs are Barry are pretty obvious, along with some digs at the most obvious (or did I mean the most oblivious...). This episode was incredibly stupid, but it still made me laugh... I like immature humor. So bite me, cake-eaters.

The FullTilt event sounds like it's almost a multi-table Sit & Go -- just a few pros, live TV, a few hours, etc. I'm sure those that are still alive in the main event will be allowed to pull from this event.

That is a fish tale....Brunson won 13 million in a Heads Up match versus Andy Beal....what is never mentioned and deserves to be is that He was playing for the corporation and his cut was considerably LESS.Yeah, a smaller cut -- in fact, in sixths was it? So he only got, what, 2.5 million? Pssshhh... playing for pocket change, right?

Hellmuth commenting on the big game (sort of)

Kinda sounds like he's angling to start selling some "Home Business" book or website, doesn't it?Man, it's cool to be a fan of Hellmuth, nothing wrong with that... but you have to know, as a fan, that Hellmuth loves to talk about himself -- absolutely LOVES to talk about himself. He was saying in such and such amoutn of years he thinks he'll have $200 million. Well, ok. By this time next year I'm goign to be a millionaire. Look, I can do it, too!Phil's a pretty good tournament player (I withhold 'great' when talking about his present abilities, the game has changed greatly since the 90s), -
Hey, how about he exaggerated? It doesn't have to be black and white. He could be saying he makes a lot of money off of (Seriously he's bagging on Hellmuth, you have to know that) someone each year. As far as any game Todd has been in, this guy is a losing player. Is that such a difficult concept? It's certainly not impossible or implausable -- in fact, it's not only plausible but likely. Todd also could just be bagging on Hellmuth because Phil has become the pro poker player punching bag (that's fun to say out loud). Danny took a shot at him on a CardPlayer.com interview (yeah, he was

I don't even have anything against the guy. In fact, I hope he does well. However, I take offense when someone comes to the forum I frequent for no other reason than to tell me I worship someone (i don't even worship imaginary someones!) and I suck. Only one of those has any possibility of being true.

You gotta learn to lie a little buddy."I made $150 honey!! I'm so happy, and I really appreciate you allowing me to continue playing. "It's so easy and so rewarding when done at the right moment.
-
watch out the NWPers might come in defending their guy a fat pale white kid.Not much you can say to defend that statement though."BS, you all just don't appreciate true beauty." ?"In some countries, being fat is desirable." ?"You guys all have eyes that don't work right!! He's slim, tan, and athletic! He's like Brad Pitt with better hair!" ?

I don't understand the point of all this.
