Pokerstars gave me .45 cents in FPPs once (25 FPPS) for mailing me two checks, once of which they had to cancel and resend me as i had greedily cashed them both. OBV pwnage.

Need some input on this hand gents. I posted this in strategy section also. http://www.fullcontactpoker.com/poker-foru...howtopic=117621********Villian and Hero have been playing together for about an hour and half. Villian is a limp donk, and does not raise PF. Villian seems like your average 1-2 NL player. On second hand at the table (Hero not involved in hand), Villian called a PF raise with 44 in position, called a $20 CB on a 2,10,2 board and on the turn which was a 4, moved all-in on top of a $40 bet for $120 total. Villian is making money today. Hero has a slight history with Villian.

I Suck At Online Poker
Willing 2 Die replied to Willing 2 Die's topic in No Limit Texas Hold'em Cash Games
Its tough for me to reraise out of the SB for several reasons. One, i'm OOP and rather call than reraise with hands such as this. second, my bankroll is very small online and i don't like playing very aggressive in these spots, i'd rather let my opponents make mistakes postflop and take advantage there. But i understand your argument for raising PF. -
This hand is not converted because i dont have the HH. I just wanted some feedback on the hand if possible. My reads on Villian was that he was donkish, would make calls to large bets with one pair, and min-raises PF with sub-standard hands such as A,4.My hand is AQ.Preflop- UTG limps $1, one fold, Villian raises to $2, Hero in SB calls $2, UTG calls $1.Flop- 4, A, Q rainbow.Hero checks, UTG checks, Villian bets $5, Hero calls $5, UTG folds.Turn- 10xHero checks- Villian bets $15, Hero raises to $45, Villian moves all in for $100 straight, Hero calls.River- 2xFinal Pot (~$216)

He's got position on you, if he called that flop bet he's probably trapping or thinking he's trapping you at this point.
-
I like your notes.I think for passive villian as you desribed in your notes, how can AK be ahead on the turn? The set, staight, and two pair are all out there.
-
Yea, i'd play it the same for similar reasons.
-
I'm Bet/folding the flop. The flop bet is Ok i think.

Top Pair, Blah Blah
Willing 2 Die replied to StilettoNole's topic in No Limit Texas Hold'em Cash Games
This is a bad spot i find myself in often too. I guess i would hesitantly call and if he makes another large bet on the river i'm probably folding. -
I Don't Even Know How To Title This Hand
Willing 2 Die replied to StilettoNole's topic in No Limit Texas Hold'em Cash Games
Yea, don't even get cute with these hands with only one opponent, especially at 25 NL. The PF raise is ok, but You should have folded after the raise. -
Did I Bet Too Much? (line Check)
Willing 2 Die replied to Willing 2 Die's topic in No Limit Texas Hold'em Cash Games
So you would advocate a river bet of 40? Isn't that kinda small if we are putting her on a decent hand here? -
I don't have the hand history on me, but last night i won a buy-in ( 25 NL ) with 8 high after pushing my draw into the PFR and he called and mucked. PF, He raised to $1.25, several calls, i call with 8,7. Flop is 5, K, 6. I check, he Cbets $4, i raise all in, he takes forever and calls, i brick but win the pot. Ahh, good times at 25 NL.

Bluffing The Newcomer
Willing 2 Die replied to Willing 2 Die's topic in No Limit Texas Hold'em Cash Games
Yea, if I bet the turn, say around $30 or so, it would have made any river bluff much much more credible. In this case, after i made it $75, the Villian took a long 2 minutes to decide what to do. He finally called very hesitantly and showed AQ. WTF! It took him that long to make that call, i didnt understand it. Yes, i agree i should bet the turn but i felt he had the Queen and was slowplaying so i checked behind. Of course i floated the flop because i was intending to attempt to take it away later, hence the river raise. -
Did I Bet Too Much? (line Check)
Willing 2 Die replied to Willing 2 Die's topic in No Limit Texas Hold'em Cash Games
After she folded, I asked her if she folded a set. She said no, but looked disgusted. I said "would you have called $60 with your two pair?" She nodded her head and said she had 6,7. Damn, i felt I missed a lot of value on that one. -
Did I Bet Too Much? (line Check)
Willing 2 Die replied to Willing 2 Die's topic in No Limit Texas Hold'em Cash Games
I notice one problem that i am having when playing live poker when i'm betting my made hands, and that is i tend to act somewhat quickly without hesitation. I'm thinking that this makes me lose money to the better players. I'm not good at taking my time and faking a decision to be made. Is this something that i need to work on at 1-2 or playing live in general? FWIW, in general i take the same amount of time when i have a hand as opposed to when i'm bluffing. -
Villian is new to the table. This is his second hand. No reads really. My image to the rest of the table is ultra LAG as i'm ready to leave but not going out without a bang. Villian has roughly $175. I have around $230.My cards are 6,4 hh.Preflop: Villian limps UTG +1, one limper, Hero raises to $15, blinds fold, Villian calls $15, one fold.Flop: Qs,7c,7h rainbowVillian bets $15, Hero calls $15.Turn: 5hVillian checks, Hero checks.River: AxVillian bets $15. Hero says something like "Well i don't think you have that Ace" and raises to $75.Normally i'm not good at table talk, but i thoug

Hero is fairly new to the table, but i have a read on the Villian 2, a lady, to my right. She seems fairly competent and better than your average 1-2 donk. Her stack is approximately $400. Villian 1 is also a lady and seems competent. Her stack is around $125.Hero has 8,5 off in the BB.Preflop: Villian 2 limps, several limps, Villian 1 completes, Hero checks.Flop: 6, 4, 7 rainbowVillian 1 checks, Hero checks, Villian bets $8, two folds, Villian calls $8, Hero calls $8.Turn: 2xVillian 1 checks, Hero checks, Villian 2 bets $11, Villian 1 calls $11, Hero raises to $40, Villian 1 thinks awhile

Thanks for your input Mark. I went out and bought a used 18 inch LCD screen today. Its not as large as i like, but I'll take it i guess. And Pokertracker is next on the list for purchases, i can't believe i've played uNL for as long as i have in the past without getting it.

I usually overlap 8 tables on one screen. It seems to work Ok for me right now.Like i said in my post, i don't pretend to be a great online player. I made a post in here because i thought this would be the best place to get some general feedback on strategy, since it seems that most of the guys that post in this thread are good people and are willing to help other people with their games. Why be an ass about it?

Need some advice fellow low limit NL grinders. Ok, what i want to do right now is 8 table Full Ring 25 NL on Stars, with hopes of eventually 12 tabling. I have a deposit on their of $200 right now so i understand that i'm playing out of my bankroll but i dont feel like grinding 10 NL. A little background about my style of play. When i play more than 4 tables, i play pretty straightforward ABC poker. I don't consider myself a "good" internet player, so this is why i try to play as striaightforward as possible with full ring. I make cbets when appropriate but i don't get into any stan
