i think your name is a funny pow. you could change it, but why? i wouldn't think you bluffed alot, i think its just a name. that's coming from "rivergirl" btw, i hardly ever chase the river and when i do, it's usually a misplay or because i've gotten it in with the best and gotten drawn out in the middle.But the name does work as an advantage...might be the "girl" part tho.

Good job nutz. I've had that happen once...not quite as nicely as yours, but i don't ever know how to get up...at least not till i've realized the heater is over and im cold again. I applaud you for having the wits to leave when you were doing well.

although i love going to eat on erie street (i used to live around there, goodness i miss it) somewhere closer to the casino may be more feasable. I just think the less complicated we have to make directions for everyone the better.Also, i'm thinking $50 sngs figuring we may be able to get 3 or 4 in for the evening (probably more like 2-3, since it is live) I need to make sure if everyone is comfortable playing these limits or should i got smaller. I don't want to leave anyone out because of br issues. and the house is probably gonna charge us a little chunk (maybe 10 pp) they need to make

i realize it's too busy on fri and sat. i have already determined they will run us a separate table on any other day. But, everyone seems to be more available on weekends so i figure i might be able to try. I do get along with most weekend staff pretty well. If not i'm going to aim for a sunday, monday or thursday night. Haven't figured it out yet. With all that said, is there any interest in drinks/dinner beforehand? If so, at the casino or someone outside?

ok, i will be picking a date in the next couple days...just let me give the weekend nights a swing first. I"m gonna run down there in the next day or two(probably saturday) and see what i can do. I know they usually try to get an sng going on sat nights that i've never actually seen running so maybe this can be my point of entry. i'll keep everyone posted.

maybe a few cheap sngs would be cool....that way we make sure everyone is comfortable in their br's. We are only there to have a good time.

i'm thinking whatever we play will be more for fun than to be out to hurt anyone.....i doubt anyone wants to run a 500 min game. but i'm good for whatever everyone likes (limit, nl, pl if we could find a deal i'd even do omaha) give me ideas of dates that are good for you with school.

i know a friday or a saturday will work for mostly everyone. give me a few days, maybe i'll go down there and talk to some people. I don't play there alot, but enough to be able to talk to some floor staff and see what i can accomplish. Maybe i can convince someone that we are in fact willing to fill a table for a night. They usually try to run a sng on saturday nights, maybe we'll be able to scoop that since i've never actually seen one going on. i'll go up there saturday or something and see what i can do. Any idea on dates. we know zimmer is in after mid october (that's my bday too)
