  1. I don't know if "fear" is the right word because you should try not to fear anyone at the table. You'll lay down too many good hands, call too many bad hands...etc. Not saying it's possible not to have fear, but one should try to play as if you didn't know who the pro was. Having said that, this is my list of players that would make me feel uncomfortable and unsure of where I stand: DNIveyDoyle BrunsonTodd BrunsonJennifer HarmonChip ReeseGus HansonBarry GreensteinSammy FarhaMike MatasowAllen CunninghamGavin Smith....I could go on but I think you get the point...
  2. If Cunningham doesn't win, I wan't to see Chung win....$22,000,000!!! Insane..."Also, if any of these players makes the final table, Full Tilt will pay an additional $50,000. If any of the players finishes in the top three, the player will receive an additional $100,000."From Cardplayer...
  3. If Cunningham wins this, where would he stand on the WSOP POY? Can't seem to find how many points the ME is worth.
  4. Pretty impressive if you ask me.http://www.cardplayer.com/players/results/Greg_Raymer/4018

  7. Does he have a different screen name?I don't see KidPoker.
  8. You heard about that kid who got struck by lightning through his computer while playing poker? Yea...think about it.
  9. Hmmm..seems kinda silly to me. Unless they absolutely have to stick to the schedule, they could play at least 2 more levels.
  10. Only 15x the big blind....time to start pushing...
  11. Hell Yes.Checked Cardplayer just a few minutes ago after playing a few hours of poker fully expecting to see DN out but what a freaking amazing come back! He really has no fear, that's what makes him so damn good.
  12. I was playing some play money tables about a week ago (1000-2000 NL) and some observer offered me $55 bucks for 1 million chips, or $20 bucks for 200,000. I asked him if he was fu@#ing insane. I asked why and the conversation went like this.....Me: Why would you pay for play money chips?Him: 'Cause I want to play the high limits.Me: Ohhh, so you're a high roller.Him: Lets put it this way, I make $1200 every 2-3 daysMe: Wow...no sh@#! That's like $200,000 a year. That's pro. You playing in the WSOP this year?Him: Did last year, got 27th(I looked up who got 27th last year - Per Hildeb
  13. Yea, I think if there ever was a movie made about DN, Norton could definitely play him.
  14. DN wasn't really that big of a name in '97/'98 so probably not.
  15. -------------------Start chatting up the people on online poker sites with female avatars.
  16. Everything's working fine for me except I can't re-size the window, so a lot of the previous VB entries (the links I mean) aren't viewable. Anyone else having this problem?
  17. I don't know the release date. DN didn't say in his blog and all IMDB says is "2007".
  18. The movie release-date or the day that DN talks about it in his video blog?
  19. He's not serious about suing CBS. He used it as a comparison to show how ludicrous the WPT lawsuit is (IHO). Watch a few of the video blogs.
  20. Nope, not forgetting that. Read DN's blog that I posted and notice he says:""Kings up, Abe," I said. Abe just looked in disgust and then finally revealed that he'd made three pairs! 66,44, and 33, which meant that I had a better two pair and my King low beat his pair of 33 low."His low hand was a pair of 3's and his high hand was 6's and 4's. Mainly, I'm trying to find out if a situation arose where Player A has AAA1010KJ, and Player B has 44433A2, does Player B just basically default to 33A24 to win the low? I mean it makes sense, just kinda strange.Edit: I can see why you thought I forgo
