Vegas was getting too expensive, and the trend for the casinos was to milk the tourist of all their money in the restaurants and rooms before they even got to the casino. Maybe now they will realize that when people go to Vegas they have x amount of money to spend, and spending it on the room and food just makes Vegas less Vegas and more every other destination.I would like to see them go back to the days of $40 rooms and $5 buffets and let me lose the grand playing Keno instead of only losing $400 playing Keno because the rest went to the hotel.Read this one twice and it's exactly like a double post -

That's why someone like Jamie would be good. He works with all level stakes. But right now he does not have time to take new students. (I think our group wore him out - lol). Not familiar with GrinderMJ's instruction, but sounds like he would be a good fit too.I don't think he's looking for someone like Steve right now. I'm assuming he's looking for something lower stakes.If you are looking for proven instruction you can ask GrinderMJ about instruction, not free though. -
If you are really serious and would like to be a well-rounded poker player (winner), I would strongly encourage you to sign up with Steve when he offers another class. (I would recommend Jamie, but he isn't taking any students right now). They give you many tools to use to make your play worth-while. I know it has really helped me. It can also help you find which game is your best fit.

That would be me - accept, since I won't be leaving, I think I'll leave them on - cuz I'm scared of the dark!... and no, I'm not in favor of a bail-out. I think they need to learn to use the resources that are available in a constructive way, and work their way back up. That's what the rest of us have to do. Until people (and/or companies) learn to take responsibilty for the decisions they make, things will never get better. Try telling that to the politicians -- I was just thinking last week that I wonder who will be first to start their campaign in January for the race in 2012.I think it's funny that most of us up here pay more attention watching CNN and and watching the US news channels than we do our own Canadian channels. Thus I have watched your political election fight for the past year and more. Our Election for Prime Minister was done in a 6 week time span with little press coverage compared to your coverage of over a year. Maybe you need to look at a system to shorten the spam of your election process. Or make it simplier. Cause the longer the process the more stories and accusations that come out where one wants to prove the other as a liar or a cheat. Or more False truths come out of the wood work. Just a thought lol -
