  1. That field is not even required. You don't have to put your phone number in there. Just put the cash out amount and submit.
  2. Congrats on the winnings at PP. Just be prepared for the bad beats to come because they will. Also, be careful bluffing at the $5 and $10 SNG's at PP. People will call you with anything at those tables. I have also noticed that some complete morons have started to play the $20 SNGs at PP. The $30 SNG's still have very good competition. Good Luck.
  3. This sounds like a William Wallace story. I thought it was funny when cardplayer tried to compare him to Michael Jordan because he was playing poker with a fever.
  4. What about the made for tv Moneymaker movie? Can't wait for that one!!!! ha ha.
  5. What do people know about these things and what are your thoughts?
  6. Thanks for re-posting this.Does anyone have a list for pro players that play on Party Poker?
  7. Agreed with people above. Card Player has the best articles to improve your game by very great writers.
  8. This thread is getting pretty ridiculous, however, there were a lot of great views posted. The only thing I am getting tired of is people saying that DN is the best poker player ever and keep kissing his a$$. I have no doubt that DN will be considered one of the best poker players ever but he still has a long way to go. To compare DN's accomplishments at this point to Doyle Brunson, Chip Reese, Amarillo Slim, Stu Ungar, Johnny Chan's is ridiculous. Yes, DN has been around the game for a long time and has been successful, but just because he had a great 2004 run(coincidently when poker popularit
  9. So is he "disrespecting the game" like Ellix Powers for raising in the dark in the WSOP?Yes, the move is sketchy, but it is not cheating. The other guy could have easily folded. No, it is not against the rules to raise in the dark. It was his turn to act even though the cards have not been dealt. Ellix didn't break any rules, the OP did.And no matter how blissfully ignorant he is of what he did, it was a shameful move and it just goes to show you all the differences in human beings in this world. It is completely amazing to me that someone can pull something like this guy and be 100% OK with

  11. This is a great idea. After you finish a session, the data automatically exports to your tracking software.I agree that the fold & show button should be on every site. I also think UB has the best layout for scheduled tournaments. Party does a horrible job at this. I also like the bet pot feature on UB. Party does not have this. UB should add 6 man cash games and PP should add 10 man cash games. It should be obvious by now that these are the only two sites I play on. I am not really sure how the other sites fare.
  12. Just look at the economics of this whole thing. If you were getting paid for having your face on a cereal box for 15 years; your bankroll could definitely handle the BIG game.
  13. There are several good points for and against what Barry said. Yes, Barry is just protecting the prestige of the biggest game in the world and yes, you have to be a serious player to play in the game - but to say that any other player besides those 5 would get crushed is a misconception. As people mentioned earlier in this thread, they simply cannot play in that game because of their bankroll. The reason those top players do so well in the big game is because they are the ULTIMATE gamblers. It is a zero sum game for them; they are never scared. So if a tournament player who has worked the circ
