  1. thats actually hamburg, ny.. just south of buffalo..lol... but thank you
  2. I'll play P_Viper1 (hamburg) on starsA man learns that he has less than 24 hours to live, so he goes home and tells his wife he wants to make love to her as many times as possible.. they make love over and over again until they fall asleep. Around 3 am the man wakes his wife up and asks if they can make love one last time. The woman, disgusted, says thats easy for you to say, YOU dont have to wake up in the morning.
  3. anyone in today? I'm in as P_viper1... with micon sitting out to my right..also.. anyone else notice annette_15 and mkind are registered in a bunch of micro tourneys... anyone know why?
  4. I'm at UB north right now (right up millersport highway) and can say those places are not bad for new years eve.. another suggestion is average joe's bar.. go north on millersport.. turn left onto maple road.. then turn right onto sweet home road (its right after friendly's and fuddruckers..a place i recommend for food) it'll be on your left a few miles up the road.. great little bar with reasonably priced food and a big screen tv in view of every table and chair in the place. As far as near the stadium, there really isnt much.. there are 3 or 4 bars in the area of the stadium, but they will
  5. yeah..if you are at the airport hotel, you've got a little ways to go for anything entertaining. I'll be at my gf's apartment at UB north (just off the 290) for that weekend.. I can tell you there isnt much, but if you can find a decent bar, it'll be open until 4 am.. def some areas you need to stay away from.. if you're interested in those areas let me know. For entertainment in Buffalo you are gonna want chippewa and pearl streets, thats about it. The ralph is a good 10-15 minutes away from the airport, with pretty much nothing near the stadium.. a few chain restaurants, walmart.. maybe
  6. I'm just screwing around with some hockey betting in a little race with my friend to see who can make the most (or lose the least) this season.. so here's my parlay for the night..Pittsburgh PenguinsCarolina Hurricanes Florida Panthers Edmonton Oilers vs. Minnesota Wild Under 5 Minnesota WildColorado AvalancheAnaheim Ducks$4.89 to win $191.40

This was the second hand after the bubble broke. The previous hand I had AA, and doubled playing the hand in a similar fashion.
  10. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE work on this first. No matter how sick of a player you are, if you can't control this you will not be successful. For proof of this, check out the monthly goals thread that is General strat. and read about the ups and downs that iggymcfly goes through. It is obvious that he has very sick talent in PLO, and if he allowed himself patience he could be killing the decent stakes, but he has this same problem.. he goes on tilt, moves up, and destroys his roll. Listen to the ppl on this forum, and start with the $2 sngs.

  16. $2.20 180 man sngs are something I've seen mentioned on the boards from time to time, and I was curious as to how many people would play these. I feel if we can get enough positive responses to this, perhaps there is a chance we could get Poker Stars to consider the idea, since we have some connection to Stars through this site. I'm sure that there are enough micro-ballers on not only this site, but on Poker Stars to make these sngs as popular as the $4.40 sngs. Any thoughts on this idea?
  17. really tough spot.. we're getting about 2.5-1.. but we are likely WA/WB.. any reads on the on UTG? AK is the only hand i can see UTG limp/reraising that we beat. I probably fold this, but I'm a nit.
