Does this make him the first poker player with a shady background? I think it does.

Worth it for $3,276? I'm guessing he got in on a satellite.

Holy shit, I just got slowrolled! I shoved from the SB with AK, and the BB sits for a while, plays with his chips, drums his fingers on the table, then calls and flips over AA

Brag picture?

I don't mind a rake for a home game (or fee if it's a tournament), if it goes to food/drinks/whatever.But that kind of thing should be taken care of ahead of time, not just made up as you go along. Poker supplies (cards, chips, etc) should be part of hosting it, and should never be charged for in any way - unless you all play together regularly, in which case you should still just chip in outside of the game itself.

Probably because it's from a different thread:http://www.fullcontactpoker.com/poker-foru...p;#entry2692647

The most humor is in the people who think it's real.

I've double clicked on people a couple of times to take notes.

Out 614th with AK against AJ & 88. Sorry man, not much I could do unfortunately.

Nice find, the animation is brilliant.

603/672 at first break with 1,170. I've been incredibly card dead all tournament. Won a small pot on a QQK flop with 55, then picked up the blinds a few times. Finally doubled up with JJ > AT a couple of hands ago.

Yay, someone figured out one of the threads I was spoofing!

So this weekend being the 4th and all, it was time for the annual Independence Day home game thrown by a local celebrity (I can't reveal who). It's always a big game - big stakes, large turnout, lots of fish, and this was no exception. It's played at a huge house with a gorgeous above-ground pool out back. It's usually a fairly long structure, so I came prepared: beef jerky, granola bars, lots of water, Gatorade, etc. Here are the details:Buy-in: $5Participants: 11Starting stack: 1,500Starting level: 100-200Blinds: 15 minutesSo as you can see, this was a pretty serious tournament. The turnout

4 handed? Sounds like a fun tournament.

I'm an IT consultant, and I support a couple hundred desktops at multiple locations. My coworkers and I support probably 1,000 desktops total across dozens of different clients. We all use Vista on our laptops (not by choice). None of our clients are on Vista, and we have no plans to move any of them to Vista.I think my opinion should be obvious

JJxx is possible, but not nearly possible enough. I'd definitely fold here.

Stop quoting the picture, if I have to see that stupid Starbust bracelet one more time... :lol:Bad luck JC, hope you can come back from it

I can easily see a Q or J high flush check/calling down here. I think there's a good chance he doesn't have it, but not enough of a chance to bet the river. Actually, the turn bet is probably a good indicator that he has it.

Agreed. BB is probably getting rid of anything but a monster ddraw there, and shorty probably doesn't have a huge amount. There's already about $80 in the pot, I don't see any reason to get greedy.
