I am a HUGE Red Sox fan, and as much as I love Ted Williams, there is still an arguments for a few other players. I think Ted thought about hitting SOOOO much more than anyone else that EVER played the game and would have won more triple crowns and batting titles had it not been for his diligent service in our military. You could argue Tony Gwynn, but he learned a lot from Ted late in his career. You could argue Babe Ruth, for his numbers. You could argue Hank Aaron for his consistency. Ok if you wanna get drunk for REAL cheap, there is this little casino on the strip called Casino Royale. They have dollar beers and margaritas. The beer is Michelob and the margaritas are a little small but they have lots of alcohol. So in 5 bucks on an empty stomach you can be plowed if you want. Ok again another story of me sweating this tourney last night but it applies. While we were watching, I have never seen Daniel so frustrated at the table. He had so many hands in Stud H/L that started as scoopers and fizzled by 5th. Never once did he play a DECENT razz pot. And I dont even remember him playing a hand in Stud at all. I think he was severely card dead and thats about it.JEFF

Meh proly not Andy Bloch that high up, but Chad Brown yeah, he is a stud specialist, and since 3/5 games are stud oriented, hes a solid pick. And on a side note, while sweating this event last night, I was at TJ and Daniels table, TJ and many of the other players were having serious gripes. The prize structure had not been released as of 11 PM, they were arguing about how long the tournament should last, 2 or 3 days. It was interesting to hear. TJ even went as far to talk to Daniel at one point and say, "Next year well have more say right Daniel?!?!" It was interesting to say the least.JE

I didnt personally get to say Hi to Daniel, but I know Cobalt did, and we were there when he got K39 for like the 1 Millionth time that day and showed his cards to us, which one of the other players also saw and had to be exposed to the table. It was pretty comical for us, but I have never really seen Daniel that frustrated at the table, but I guess with that event, its tough not to want to focus hard and win. Good times though.JEFF

So tonight I got down to the WSOP for the first time to sweat the HORSE tourney and all I have to say is WOW what a field. Ok so anyways I get there with my roommate, rbakken2504 or Ryan, and we are walking through the tourney area and see that the 1K NL event is down to HU with John Phan and that other John guy, who ended up winning.
