  1. I'll be the helpful one here....Go to www.Bittorrent.comdownload and install that software.Thats all you really will have to do with that software except for telling it where you want to save your files to.Use www.torrentz.com as your search engine.when you find a torrent, it will provide a list of all the other torrentsites that have that torrent and link directly to it. Click on the name of one of the torrent sites and then click on Download. This is when the Bittorrent software comes up, it is the program that is needed to open the torrent, so it will open and begin DL'd the torrent.once the torrent has downloaded, locate it based on where you told the bittorrent software to save it, open it and start jacki...I mean watching Forrest Gump.

good point, meh its only 3 years and a felony on your record for the rest of your life, pirate away!
DNA....what exactly were you doing to get in trouble with the Piracy act, if you don't mind me asking?
  2. Anything but the Razr. They're ghey and everybody has one.
aside from the fact that you are trying to stay original...the rAzor just plain sucks...I got one for free and it is so user non-friendly...but it is small and fits in my pocket nicely :club:
  3. Here is what I have noticed alot in the games I play...ranging from 2-4 to 5-10you are the preflop raiser, you normally will get about 2-4 callers. More often than not the SB or BB will bet into you, with their pair that they have connected with on a ragged flop. when this happens more often than not it is correct to peel one off on them, as they will have most likely called the raise with rags preflop.but sometimes you run into biggers hands and get lucky...like last night, I raise 1 off the button with KJ :club: flop is 10 high, SB and BB check to me, I bet, button calls, SB folds, BB raises, I call(had a backdoor flush draw but did not want to see a raise. Peel off a Jack, by the river BB shows A-10 and I take it with a J...

  4. I was thinking about this the other day and after reading the if I die post, it got me wondering...How much money do you guys keep online?I keep enough to play whatever limit I am currently at with the whole 300BB structure...and I am playing 3-6/5-10 level right now.Do you feel safer keeping it in money transfering sites or on the actual poker site. What do you do if you don't keep it on the sites?if you can think of more nuances regarding this matter feel free to add.Matt

  5. I easily play 4 tables....once you get used to it it is not that bad....but as for that guy and those sit and go's....someone on here about a day ago had a wonderful strategy to play that many tables....instead of having them all spread out across the monitor so you can see the majority of the felt...he placed them directly on top of each other, and whenever his action came around...that table would just pop to the top of the pile, he did not wait for outcomes as new tables would pop up right after that...he said it worked well!

  6. Can anyone tell me the fees associated with Epassporte? Do they charge for putting money onto it like from a rakeback site or cashing out of poker room? Do they charge for depositing money into a poker room? I can't find anything on their site.
I use Epassporte...they will charge I think 10% of the amount you try to put on the poker site...but it is free to put money on their site. It really works well...the most I have ever transferred was 500 and they took out 30 for some reason....I was pissed about this, and went to Netteller...their fee was about 85 dollars so I decided that epassporte was the best choice. Their support is really good too.
  7. 73 hrs is the "official" word record............Personally, I know of a player who surpassed that mark at least 10 times last summer - nearly every week in fact.the longest session I saw him play was 121 hrs.......after which he was so delerious he was asked to leave. After his car wouldnt start, he fell asleep in it (with the windows up - couldnt move them since they were power windows). This was the hottest day of the year and he nearly died in his car in the parking lot.Amazing but true...........there are hundreds of witnesses. The casino contact Guiness, but in order for him to get into the record books he would have to do it again with officials there. He is still yet to decide if he will undertake this.
yeah there are a bunch of dudes that I used to play with at Hollywood Park that would have been there for 3 or 4 days when I was getting there for a 5 or 6 hour session...and I would play with them....gladly taking their money :club:
  8. the best in vegas is when you are walking outside down the strip near Bally's and it is hot as ****...there are a bunch of casino's with awning type entrances that you can just walk through parallel to the street and get nice and cool :club:

  9. from a profitability perspective, obviously i want it. I was just saying the game doesn't appeal to me as much because I feel there would be less bluffing and more value betting. I enjoy shorthanded hold'em because I enjoy the aspect of playing your opponents cards and winning pots regardless your holding. I do not see much shorthanded omaha where i play, but maybe it would be similar. At any rate, I do not really have an understanding of the game so i am not qualified to give a strong opinion, but that is just my perception of the game. It just looks to be more mathematical, thats all. Also, thanks for the tip on SuperSystem2. Unfortunately, since i live in south america, i do not have access to the book, which is why i was looking for online resources. I have found a few though, so hopefully they will get me started.
Does Amazon not deliver to SA?
  10. OK, I am taking a break from poker for a week for a trip I have to make. When i get back I plan to start learning how to play limit. So far I have only played NL and PL.I have two long flights ahead of me and will have plenty of time to do some reading. What is required reading for starting to play limit? I will assign 2k BR for the project what limits should i play? Thanks
I did the same exact thing as you...except I started with a 100 dollar BR...now I am playing 3-6 LHE on FT...about to make the jump to 5-10.read Small Stakes Holdem, Skalnsky and the Theory of Poker, Sklansky...you will be good to go.with that BR you should be ok to play 3-6, just take it easy at first, you might have a huge downswing...better yet, you might want to start at 2-4.Matt
  11. What´s up FCP´ers! I am in Costa Rica and thought I would give you guys a shout...I have yet to get close to a poker room and was hoping someone would know of one close to Tamarindo. I am headed that way tomorrow.PEACE!
