Yep, I have to say I totally agree with taking a break and the results.I was playing LOTS of poker, both online and real life, and eventually started to take some bad beats, making bad decisions, and taking losses. After suffering a bad loss one night online, I proceeded to tilt SO bad, I pretty much killed my online bankroll (which wasn't that much to begin with, but money is money).
