    I agree with eating healthy and exercising. It took me about 10 years to realize that was something I needed to do as well. Not only will it help you focus and keep your cool, it should assist with endurance.In all fairness, I would rather see somoene spewing stacks as opposed to berating somoeone in chat. Criticizing someone in chat literally accomplishes nothing. It can make a person realize the mistakes they are making and they will adjust accordingly. In addition, often there will be people watching a game and they are now under the impression that a person can behave poorly and get away with it.I find it sad and curious that people are quick to criticize online, and yet I RARELY see it live. And I have played at just about every major casino. I can't stress enough how bad it is to ridicule people that you play with.
