There are only a few things that are clear from this absolute debacle.- This should not have been made public by anyone involved in the situation- Every additional comment made publically by any parties, (DN included since it seems like he is Phil's spokesman) is just muddling this situation more. Nothing will be solved by writing things on a forum and shouldn't have been done in the first place.

I agree, it was stated that something was going to be done about this for all the players entered and nothing has happened. As great as the customer service is here, it can only go so far.

I can't believe people are questioning that call with AQ. With what looks to be a position raise, I think you have to call there. If you start folding to position bets, you're not playing for a big cash anymore.
