what about the times that he has kj aq or ak (i understand that aq and ak are longshots) here... 500 blows him off the pot and loses value if he has one of these hands right? is there an amount that he can call with either a flush draw or some sort of tp or mp?
-
rr to 1800 pf. sends him a message that you're not one to be f**ked with, better defines his hand, and wins you the pot when he checks almost every flop and you fire agains. (costs the same as your pf and flop call) I assume by open limping on button you want to flop a set against the two blinds and crack em. Fine, you didn't do that and a big stack is showing aggression the whole way... run for your life.As played, fold turn.

Check to see if a player at the other table is on a super short stack... If there is a player on the sss I'd just fold and wait for them to go busto and keep my 30k for the final table. If there isn't a player on the sss I'd call if the table had been aggressive and not allowing me to steal blinds (which is going to be tough to do with the two big stacks in your blinds) but if the table had been passive I'd just fold and pick up some more blinds and antes and wait for a better spot.

Yes you are insane, donk-crazy! Don't be the guy that calls off the chips with ducks. Especially since there are so many hands to which you are drawing semi-dead and even if you're not he still has two overs and can counterfeit you with the quickness.Come on bro, seriously.

So let's say player A is bluffing. Player A makes his bet and then you go into the tank deciding whether to call or not.. Here's the question, is his body language more genuine immediately after he makes his bet or would his body reveal more about his hand the longer you study. If there is a natural apprehension when a person is bluffing then it seems to me that the longer you take to act (as you continue to study your hand becomes weaker in the mind of player A and the chance of his bluff working increase) the more relaxed he would be and the less he will reveal his bluff. On the other hand, i

Fold pf. You're only happy if it comes a or k high (and even then you could be crushed by a set or simply not get paid)... I think you are folding on the flop too often to even bother calling here.

Tough to get away from QQ 6 handed... Depending on the stakes I'd probably put it in there.
-
My first thought was fold but now I'm sort of talking myself into this one.. I think he may have had something like kq of hearts. He called on the flop with two overs and a backdoor. Called the turn for the flush but spiked a river queen and thought it had to be good. Other than that something like q6 or q3 of hearts. I definitely think he had a flush draw on the turn tho.
-
I would treat his turn bet as a check.
-
so anyway he had 55 and i lost.
-
We were talking about if I had AA and if I did have AA why would I want him to fold?
-
too small to do what?
-
my bad.. and there were 15 mins left at that level (30m levels)

I wouldn't call if I've been able to steal blinds but if I haven't I'd call and gamble. This is probably AQ.
