raiders aren't a jopke. they have a very young talented team. they just need a good coach. they might hire Art Shell again...but it would be weird since he hasn't coach for a longgg time.koop, look at the stats, some of the raider players are pretty good. If you actually look at the Raiders overall, they have very good players, but they just can't get it together. If you watch ESPN, most football analyst think that the Raiders have a good football team, and they just need the right personal to get it together. lots of great talent on the team...and you know it. very young teamteneight
