When was this law passed?I am from Tennessee and when My ex-wife and I got divorced there was no law saying I had to give her half. The vast majority of divorces end with a MDA(marriage dissolution agreement). You negotiate what each will get, the judege looks it over to make sure noone is getting screwed bad, then go on with life.

I started dipping when I was 9. By the time I was 27 I was dipping 2 cans a day. I started the day out by brushing my teeth, drinking a Mountain Dew (to get the flouride taste out of my mouth), put a dip in THEN get in the shower. I've now quit for about 6 years or so.
