I'm usually pretty critical about how people running around like panzies. But I didn't catch myself questioning any of The Grinders celebrations. I mean the other fella was walking around talking to people in the crowd Andy Bloch.Now if it was a full table and everyone was just sittin there playing it might have been a little weird. My dumb a$$ raised a guy UTG who was prtty tight and had me out# in chips. It started with 2000 people and there were 150+/- left. I raised him with AJ and he flat called me. KQx on flop and he checked to me. The majority of my chips were already in the middle so I was committed as far as I was concerned. So I pushed all-in and he called me with AK. I got what I deserved.But as I was pressing the raise button I was telling myself to fold.

Like the others I can't really say w/o looking at hands. But I would say loose up some. Maybe play some more connectors and suited ones for sure. Raise more in late position. Another thing I do by feel (I don't really know what that means on the internet) is raise it up with nothing and then call the flop and check raise the turn. Almost no matter what. The thing I do wrong sometimes on that is I friggin price myself in my betting too much.Maybe it's a good thing not to listen to me though.But don't get too crazy. Actually the safari is pretty fun. You drive through and all these animals come up to your car looking for food. They tell ya to keep your windows shut, but everybody's always got them open. I saw a monkey snatch a sandwich out of a kid's hand once.Giraffe slobber doesn't come off your windows as easy as you might think though! Is that the one in St Louis?

Will you have access to a car? There isn't much going on around the metropolis known as Tunica besides the casinos. If you want to play where you stay then I suggest Gold Strike or The Horseshoe. The Grand is also pretty nice.If you have a car then I would go up to Memphis and check out the sites. I won't sit here and waste a bunch of time typing out where to go unless you're going to hav a car.So lemme know. Also what type of things interest you outside of poker? That would help me in what I reccommend.

I read so many of these threads talking about watching these pros playing 300-600 and up. The highest I see on Party Poker is 1000/NL. Am I not looking in the right places?I'm also curious if you can go to a poker site and just observe?At one point I was going to sign up at Full Tilt but they wouldn't take my credit card on their site. I mean it works on Party but not there. Anyway so that's why I don't just sign up and then play and observe there.

Are ALL limit tournaments a joke?Guy calls capped bets preflop with Qc4c. Gets a Q on the flop with a backdoor flush draw. Goes runner runner club and gloats about it.

I was playing in a tournament at Sam's town last week and was dealt QQ two hands in a row. Both times I faced 1 over. The first time I lost and they held the second time.
