I am actually pretty confidnet with my play.I have jumped up a level today and have tightended up a little bit but I have been playing all the hands that I play like they are aces.Isnt loose aggresive really the way to go????It seems like todays most succesful are loose aggresive.

Well obviously I am going to slow down if someone is calling me or plays back at me.I am just saying. People miss flops a lot more than they hit and if you take down these pots you start accumulating ammo

Why do you thnk that I will get my clocked cleaned at the higher limits.Do you think that because opponents will be more aware of my loose play that they will be able to stop me. Of course they try to trap me with a big hand.Just because you are playing against better players doesnt mean that you have to tighten up?? Does it??You just have to be careful when you evaluate flops.I like to be aggresive and loose preflop and then make GREAT decisons on the flop.*** I know this is not the way to play limit because you will get smoked in the long run***But in No Limit I see this as the way to play.

When did Bay get away from the $3 button??? I totally hated that "fee". I thought that he made it very hard to turn a profit if you were not completely catching cards. I see what you are getting at blaze.I am really aggresive with pairs 9 and up. Really aggresive with AK,AQ, AJs, KQs. I will open a pot in late position with Ax but a lot of the time with multiway action I will call and see a flop.Also, I try and see a lot of hands in late position in an unraised pot.Another thing I guess is that I was playing a really "loose passive" table so I really waited around till I saw some good hands and then would put in the raises and try to call and see some cheap flops with suited connectors and one gaps.thanks for the input

The table that I was playing at was quite loose, Most of the time that I folded on the river was when the board went to hell, 1 card straight, two pair got counterfeited,etc.What about my preflop raising, is that number "average" for a slightly loose limit table?thanks for the input. Does aggression work in a no limit cash game or should you sit back and wait for quality hands. I mean does it make sense to come in a lot of pots with raises.Dan Harrington in hsi book saisd that an aggresive style will eventually cause you to go bust because a player will call you down because they can rebuy later.

Spirit Rock on UB is very tough. He hit a 3 outer on the turn to bust me, very aggresive player.I saw him call an all in with 5s,6s agaisnt QQ and KK and take down the pot.
