I'm gonna try and make it, although I took an absolute beating tonight in my $5-10 game, so I may not have the funds for it. I'll PM you and let you know

But they don't have a .25-.50 cent game at Foxwoods. Now what the hell am I supposed to do?

Are we supposed to guess which $5 tourney or are you going to give us a Tourney #?Nevermind I did a player search and found himTourney # 35678343

I was down 2 weeks ago to play in the Omaha Hi/Lo tourney and wasn't aware of the changes. I hadn't played in months either, and I sat down with $100 thinking that was the max buy-in. Kid next to me has $1000 and is opening pots for $25. I asked him how long he had been there to get that stack, and he said about an hour. I asked him how the hell he went from $100 to $1000 in an hour and that's when the rest of the table told me that the buy in was $300.

OK with the influx of all the new dominant MTT'ers I propose that they all become mentors and tutor some of us young donks. And the line starts directly behind me

Did someone institute the 30/30 rule and no one told us?

If you understand the point then why are you criticizing the play? The fact that you'd have played it different has no bearing on the discussion. He explained that he tried to get maximum value from his hand, AA doesn't come around very often late in a tournament. So when it does come around the sensible thing to do is to try and play them for full value. Re-raising doesn't do that. So you wouldn't play your Aces for full value, what are we supposed to do stand up and aplaud you for it, and agree that Daniel is an idiot? The fact is he correctly tried to get full value out of his Aces, he

I'm not playing, but I'm bored enough to rail till practice at 5:30. Screen names boys?

OK people who are saying this is a bad play, I don't think you understand something. HE DIDN'T WANT TO CHASE THE GUY OUT OF THE HAND PRE-FLOP!. It wasn't his intention to win the pot right then. So advocating a re-raise makes no sense there. He was going up against the chipleader, who had been playing aggressively. So he did what he thought was the best chance to double through, and that's smoothcall the chip leader, and then let him make a continuation bet, and then come over the top.Now some of you would have re-raised AA there with the intent of taking the pot down there, or having

No I tried, granted I'm an idiot and a retarded chimp probably could have found it, but whenever I entered poker tracker and hit search it would come up with a blank screen. I don't know if my browser was screwing up, or not, but I couldn't get anything from it

Yes thank you very muchLOCK IT UP

I thought I remembered a thread explaining how poker tracker worked, and how to make use of all the information. I'm about to buy it, and I tried searching for it. If no thread exists, would someone mind giving me a tutorial?

Question Regarding Stud Please K Thx
handsfactor replied to hotelmario's topic in General Poker Forum
Because there are hardly any Hi/Lo reguar games ever spread anymore. So it's easier to shorten 8 or better to just Hi/Lo. And then if you're playing Hi/Lo regular call it that. -
This hit the nail on the head. The main floor people, and the most competent dealers are in the ballroom dealing for the World Poker Finals. I had a dealer ship a pot to a kid in a 1-2 nl game because he exposed his cards, when in fact I thought he was mucking because he never said call. It wasn't that big of a pot, and she had already shipped it to him, when I realized he never said call so I didn't make a big deal out of it. They are also pulling people straight out of the pits for the table games to deal right now. We had a gentleman who dealt black jack and craps dealing 4-8 Omaha Hi/L

Correct me if I'm wrong but I also was under the impression that the mystical Krablar was K-3 suited not off suit. Also agree you have to raise with it, not just call

GamesH.O.R.S.E. - Cash and TourneyAlso I'd love to see 2-7 triple draw, so I can learn how to play it. Right now I think Ultimate Bet is the only one that has it

Pretty much, out in 5th, when the curse of any Omaha hand happens, the board pairs on the turn

Tourney # 8009500NL Omaha Hi/Lo222 to start8 left, 2nd in chips playing under the same nameAnd I'm railing Hoosier too

Darden played in the Omaha event too and I also didn't recognize him. Men, Darden and Grinder all played in the Omaha event, but I didn't see any of them in the poker room after they were eliminated.

The side games have been fine. Problem is there's no middle level for Omaha 8ob. It's the $4-8 with half kill game or $75-150, and nothing in between. I was there Wednesday to play in the Omaha 8 ob event. They had 2, $4-8 tables going and a $75-150 game, but nothing in between

That's a tough board to flop top set against, especially at that limit, as people will chase the low draw, and the flush draw, no matter what odds they are getting. This exact situation is covered in the Omaha Eight-or-Better section of SS2. And Baldwin basically says you can play it either way correctly. Taken from Super System 2 pg. 321-322"(4) Cards like 3-6-J with two clubs can be a problem flop in Omaha eight-or-better. There are two low cards with a flush draw present, providing a number of draws. If you hold a hand such as J-J-Q-K with this board, your prospects are uncertain. Alth

No problem nice job on the victory. Tough to have your A game when 3 times at the final table you go Brick, Brick, Brick on monster draws after 4 cards
