Probably has to do with Paul Simon going on to have a brilliant solo career, and Garfunkel doing next to nothing. I think I read somewhere that Simon even helped write some of Art's solo songs it was so bad.

I was just thinking this the other day.Personally, I consider hands like 3s-4s, 5d-6d, 9c-Tc suited connectors. I rarely call something like Ad-Kd or Qc-Jc a suited connector. Obviously they are, but generally I find when one says "suited connector", they think of 9-T or whatever, rather than two big cards. I mean, when you say, "I raised with suited connectors in the cutoff", nobody means A-K or K-Q, they mean 7-8 or 4-5 etc.And then you have people calling something like 7s-9s a suited connector. I don't think there's a right answer, I think it's probably subjective.
