I guess that depends on where you live, in my area it was the largest turnout anyone can remember...of course I live in one of the blue wall states that flipped. Ever voting location was mobbed from open to close. Obviously the silent majority in action again. My 18yr son wanted to wear his make America great hat but I wouldn't let him!

the IF part seems to be downplayed in your post....it seems to me it should be huge part of it. BG makes a good point, as usual. One other thing, I don't really don't think this is about Trump. This election and the past couple elections have been people being not happy about the direction of the Democrats. Obama was able to stem the tide of for the top spot for the obvious reasons but at the local, state and Congressional levels the Democrats have gotten killed since the 2010 elections...If the RNC establishment had a clue any time in the last few years this would even more lopsided. what changed since 8 days ago...LOL well done. The media seems to have made a change as well, all of the sudden they think they are the watch dogs again instead of the marketing arm of the current administration.
