Hi I am new to the forum and BOY do I love poker! I work at McD's and I make $5.10 an hour. I use all the money I make to play in a $0.01-$0.02 limit home game at the local senior center. Well I recently had a good run at our game and I built my bankoroll up to over $25. I wanted to try this on-line poker stuff but since I don't have a computer I was SOL. I visited my Grandma last week FL and after I would put her to bed I would play poker on her computer. It is one of those old dial up jobbys but it worked fine. So I created an account and put my $25 dollars in plus got another $12.50

Was promised that the money would be in my Firepay account on Monday (10 days after cashout) and it is now Tuesday and still no $$$. The only explanation I can get is that there is a "glitch" in the system and no one can tell me when I will recieve my $$$????

I still have not recieved my cashout via Firepay from 12-11 (9 days). I was first told that the money had been transfered from FCP on the 13th into my FP account and it would take 2-4 days to appear. I then contacted Firepay and they told me that ALL their transactions are processed real time and there is never a "2-4 day waiting period" as FCP told me. They also said that they have not recieved my payment from FCP as of 12-18. So to make a long story short....I was blatently lied to by FCP as to the staus of my cashout and the process that they use. I was finally promised that the money

I deposited some $$ into FCP on December 9th. On December 11th I cashed out. After having to fax all these bills, forms, DL, etc I was sent an email (2 days later) saying that the money had been sent to Firepay. Well, it is now the 19th (8 days later) and the $$ still is not in my FP account??? I sent one email to support and never got a response. I sent a second email and got a reply (the next day) saying that they money was transfered to FP on the 13th and it takes FP 2-4 days to process the money into my account.
