  2. I just saw him and his brother at Commerce last week, playing cash games. Not sure what level.
  3. Your only missed money was not betting the flop. What were you waiting for a royal flush!
  4. I'm gonna guess "I" was intentionally left out. Muahahahahaha.
  5. Per the WSOP TV event from 2 years ago (they mentioned it on tv) - Grizzle knocked him out with one punch in the parking garage.
  6. I love Commerce...all sorts of action and big enough to where you'll never be waiting for a 1/2 no limit table. The Bike is pretty good too, but I personally prefer CommerceI second that opinion, But stop by the Bike if you get the chance between 6-9pm to check out the live at the Bike table, talk with David Tuchman he will give you a tour and by you a drink. He's a good guy.
  7. Are you jdepa01fcp?Yeah, are you at my table?Yes, and still an alive FCP'er
  8. I can tell you that since Doyle had his book published, he had his image copyrighted. Specifically with his hat. You can find his copyright on the Governments Copyright search website. It's a pretty cool site, it is amazing what people copyright these days.Anyway, I just wouldn't make too many of them.Good Luck
  9. I didn't read the whole thread, because each post was redundent.Didn't anyone else up here watch this on the TV show Numbers? The question asked the exact same way. Oh I guess the original poster watched the show, didn't you. It's all explained, and far more clearly than any post I read up here.
  10. Why is everyone letting Hellmuth off the hook? He seams to have grasped the same concept, and everyone who plays with him, thanks him and ooo's and aaah's all over him for playing with them.At least once a week you can find Hellmuth on UB sitting at a .25/.50 NL table. where no one has more than about $50. Then I looked at what Phil brought to the table, $6500. Frankly everyone loves him for it. If you guys can't grasp this concept, then don't play, but trashing someone for it is pathetic. Everyone at that table had the right to get up whenever they wanted, make a table change, or sit out,
  11. My only regret.... "I" Wasn't there. I sure wish I could have been, if I had even heard rumor of this I would have caught the first flight out there hoping he was still there when I got to Vegas! Daniel knows I got a little bit of gamble in me :-) And $15k to play with, And I would have loved the opportunity to sit at any live table with him and his money. Sure is a better opportunity than risking $500k for the same chance.Lighten up dude, or change tables!Yours Truly, PokerLoser
  12. You're Married. Stop. :oops:MissIdaho is MARRIED!! G.od da.mn it keep that stuff to yourself, you have soooo ruined my day!
  13. If we changed our play everytime the "opportunity presented itself," a lot of pots wouldnt get bet til the river. You really shouldnt be worrying about the jackpot.Look at the situation you described from his perspective. He doesnt know you have a pocket pair. If you have weaker A, you might call and the jackpot is NOT in play. You might have a straight or flush draw and call, and the Jackpot is NOT in play. Or you might be an idiot with a J, think he's bluffing and call and the jackpot is NOT in play. And you want him to slow down on slim possiblity that you have a pocket pair and the mir
  14. OK, In The LA Area. The Bike, Commerce, Hawaiin Gardens, Hollywood Park and The Hustler, will not let you have "cash" on the table, it kills the jackpot, you can have chips obviously but NO cash. You can not remove $100 if you get to $200, or any amount for that matter, you have to leave the table and get back on the wait list. Even then if someone speaks up it is frowned upon. You can however take "small" amounts and pay for food or drinks. As for checks, Why, take the cash baby, and what you will see at the casino is thousands of dollars being pulled out of pockets. Your $200 will not enti
  15. OK so How about the opposite.I was at the Bike last night in a $500 NL game. When this "opportunity presented itself" At the Bike the jackpot has to be hit with Aces full of 10's or better beat by any 4 of a kind or better.Checked around to me on the button, I have 10-10, I limped in. the small blind folds and the BB checks. 8 bucks in the pot after the rake and drop. The flop AJA. He bets $300. WTF $300 into an $8 pot. And a possible jackpot hand with 2 cards to come, another ace wins it if he truly has the ace and his kicker is above the J. OK so there are some "ifs" there, but stil
  16. "I" Call it, Open ended and a flush draw with 2 to go, for $32, run it baby. This table seams soft, 32 is close to a normal preflop raise in my 1/2 nl game at the Bike. If you can't call that with that draw, stop playing!
