  3. This is a board where I would never fold a set. If there was anytime to fold a set, it would be when you flop a set of eights and the flop is 789 of spades. This is a dream situation for Player C. You have to feel that the players are trying to protect their big pairs. If I had flopped a hand that beat a set of twos, then I would not be betting so hard. I would trap my opponents. Why would I try to drive out a hand like AK, when I could get them to put another bet in on the turn. Also, if you never folded a set on the flop, then you would still come out way ahead in the long run. Fold
  4. No, what I love is when you scream "I'm king of the womfffffffglllll"Let's see who get's that one...and then vomits. How have I gotten no comments on a post about shoving my ramburgler in Royal's pie-hole?Because we all know that Royal can take 12" and you don't measure up...at least that's what Ron has been spreading.thats not all Rons been spreading from what I hear
  5. w/ stacks >600, he's getting great implied odds to hit a set and bust aces and kings. too bad he couldnt make the right read.player c is playing above their limits. that can be the only explanation for folding a set , especially on a rainbow board. player c cant afford to put 600 in the pot w/o having the nuts, so they need to move down in limits cuz it just cost them a grand. after b and c go allin, it is possible for aa to lay this down. i would lay down more often than call Maybe like 80/20. b is obviously committed for the rest of c's raisesince c folded, not sure how A can f
  6. Sounds like player C was the button, so the preflop call doesn't sound that bad (implied odds), but folding the one had that you wanted to make in the first place? That makes my brain hurt.

  12. TELL ANOTHER ONE HA HA HA HA HA. (sw)i think it's funny that when he doesn't write about playing poker or gambling people gripe. so he starts writing more about his poker games and what not and now he is a compulsive gambler. if people keep griping he'll probably cut that all back out again and we'll still be bitchin.Very true... besides, from what Ive heard about other pros (ie Matusow, Ivey, WilliamsonIII) what DN gambles with is pretty low key
