  1. No offence, but DNs exit seems kinda weak. I'm not talking about etiquette or anything, I actually thought, that all the trash talk between them was funny (and DN is definately better at it than DC ), but leaving as soon as he is up a very small amount after being down a lot imo gives the impression that he is scared of playing (even if he would have quit anyway at that point no matter how many chips he had).If they continue playing, it seems inevitable that at some point Daniel Negreanu will have to book a losing session, and I don't think, that that would prove anything either way.
  2. I don't kniow if this post is meant serious or not, but actually it's more like bo-lon-ya
  3. All the WSOP and WPT final tables were made available for download in the last couple years, so the TOC will be too.It just hasn't happened yet, maybe the group that usually does it, missed it or something. Whatever, does it really matter to wait a couple days until it's released?http://www.tvtorrent.info/ is usually the fastest site for that kind of stuff. If you are really desperate, you can search certain newsgroups or irc-channels, but don't ask me how to do that.Emule is definately not the fastest way to get these files, btw, theredpill99.
  4. Your opponent couldn't have played this hand much worse, he deserved to lose it.
  5. I just read the whole thread - funny stuff. And a nice idea too, I often call or raise with not-so-great hands, when I have seen the other guy take down a couple pots with crap hands, so to reverse that could definately be profitable. I'm just not sure, typing "pinch pinch" would put anyone on tilt, and I don't think I could bring myself to doing the dance in a live game.
  6. Hehe, I'm just getting ready to leave for Munich to see a miracle, Rapid Wien beating ****ing Bayern München. Chances that this will happen are maybe 100:1 or so, but anythings possible.
  7. Well, I did make a (rather big for this table) bet preflop, but I think, they would have called $0.8 too. I didn't worry much about his position, I'm a novice myself, but I have the impression, that most guys at the 0-05/0.1-tables on this site have almost no idea of the advantages/disadvantages of position. Min-raises are very common too, they hardly signify anything in my opinion. Yes, I guess it is possible, that raising would have scared him away, it isn't likely though. At this limit, if anyone hits anything decent, the'll go all the way to showdown, bluffing seldom works, and I didn't w

  9. Hachem ist great!I love Hachems conversation with Dannenman, after he folds his AT to Hachems AJ..Danneman: [...reads out loud his notes...]: "Not calling a raise is only a small mistake"Hachem: [nods, raises his eyebrows]Dannenman: [gestures "small"] "Only a small mistake"Hachem: "Compared to what?"[Danneman folds][Hachem sees AT, is pissed that Dannenman didn't call Hachems dominating hand, stands up]Hachem: "How can you fold that hand, you had a monster" Dannenman: "It was only a small mistake"
  10. What's the problem? Ususally those files are just .avi-videofiles. Maybe you need to download some codecs to view them properly. If they are compressed it's normally .rar, so download winrar or a similar program.
  11. Thank you very much for your input that is very helpful. I did make the mistake to force short-stacks all-in preflop too much (I got away with it a lot of times too though). My thinking was, that they'll desperately call with anything, and that I could afford losing a hand - and if I don't get the call, the pot was allright preflop already. But that broke my neck in then end, when my opponents had good enough cards to win the hands and I couldn't afford losing three times in a row. And looking back, I really didn't use position that well, I believe that cost me lot of chips.
  12. I played in a $1+0,1 no-limit hold'em torunament (yeah, laugh at me if you want to, but I only started playing poker a couple weeks ago), it was the second tournament I ever played in. And suprisingly I did really well. I'm surely not a good player (yet), but I think I played smart tight/aggressive poker, chose the places where I would take risks well and got away with most of my bluffs when the blinds went up. So I had a very nice chip-stack, I always had more than twice the average chip-stack and it continued growing. So, when there were only about 50 players left, I thought, I could take adv
