    UCF was my stomping ground when I first graduated college and worked at Siemens. Is the bar Louie in that strip mall across the street? So many bars have come and gone in the last 15 years there. They also built a shit ton of student housing so I think more kids are staying near campus.

    LOL at buying a house for $170k. Zero chance I pay less than $400k when I buy (unless there's a major crash in the next 18 months). $450k is far more likely.

    Glad that works again. I paid 400k (Canadian) for my latest place, and it's nothing special.

    There may be an easier formula, but if there are only 3 columns make 2 new columns and put the max of the 3 in one column and the median in the other. Then average those 2.

    she is watching her roommate's dog, and didn't want to have to get out of bed and go home at 10am tomorrow to let it out. her favorite thing to do on the weekends is to toss and turn in bed until 1-1:30pm, and then try to make me feel like an ******* for wanting to start my day earlier. so basically, if I go to her place for the sex tonight, I am there until 2pm tomorrow, and might still catch shit for wanting to leave at that point.

     

    I am just not playing the 'sex as a currency' game. I can manage without it--did it for like seven years.

     

    What is the excuse for the other 30 days? I'm guessing 4-5 for heavy flow issues, but beyond that I can't fathom. It's way too early to be playing the "sex is currency" game. She should still want it at this point. Unless you tore her vagina...

    When I had mine done by a resume guru he said employers weren't put off by changing jobs every few years anymore. As far as how far back, it depends. Mine went back about 10 or 12 to show my experience and title/responsibility progression and still keep when I had my own business in there.

     

    That's what they tell the people that have changed jobs every few years...

     

    Every position is different, but moving every 2-3 years will raise flags in many companies. That being said, I may be partial to engineering where you aren't really useful for a few years while you learn the products.

    Edit: I can't stand people with long names that will go by nothing shorter. Any time a Timothy won't go by Tim I want to punch them.
