It was 4 days. I also skipped a few meals because I forgot to eat. No exercise unless you count drunkenly stumbling around the campground and just being a large man in 90 degree heat. Mainly just brats and burgers when I did eat. The girls also made breakfast burritos every morning for us. At least I didn't drink a case/day like last time when I went 3 years ago.

I'm done drinking until Labor Day when I have a wedding. I've made some fitness bets for august I do not want to lose, as well. I think I'm going to join one of those 8 week boot camp class things next week.

I've slept like all gd day. I'm also not hurt Frau didn't mention me. Not at all.
