I live in North County San Diego, and spend a lot of time at Oceans 11. Good big card room, always a lot of people, lots of variety. I love it.Recommend it to all.Its in Oceanside right off the I-5 at mission.Good times.

I two/three-tabled some 0.25/0.50 and 0.50/1 limit hold'em overnight yesterday/today for six hours, that took me up to around 90 points and $5.50 of the deposit bonus. Most books on FT cost around 5000 points.but seriously is it hard to earn points on full tilt? i mean i've been at stars for a month and have 1000 points, another month and i can get a decent book... -

Reason #1 why TIVO is the greatest invention ever.Okay, I'm at my mom's house right now for thanksgiving, and I'm not gonna be able to tape the Live Full Tilt Monte Carlo thingy on FSN tommorrow night. I'm willing to hook someone up with 15 to tape it and ship it to my Jersey place. I can transfer you money on stars or through Neteller. PM me. I won't be able to check back tonight, so if someone is willing to go ahead and do it, that'd be awesome. I don't need someone to go out of their way to do it, but if they are already planning on watching it, I'd be more then willing to hook it up if someone tapes it for me. I will check back in tommorrow morning( I may be able to check in tonight, but I don't have access to my laptop and am using my mom's comp right now)thanks -
they should show high stakes cash games instead of tournaments.i would love to watch a couple of round of S.H.O.E. in a high limit cash game with some big name players, i think that would be really fun to watch, expecially if you could see their hole cards.Also, they should just put Chau Giang on tv as much as possible, he is the best Jerry, the best.

i agree, at least the WPT shows people playing poker. Superstars, at least the first seasons, had a horrible blind structure. I didnt even enjoy watching it that much. Not only was everyone just forced to gamble because the blinds went up so fast, they only show one Fing hand, and then they go to commercial. In the hour long show, there are only like 10 hands shown, and those ten hands are usually all-ins. There is no strategy, which is what makes poker fun and interesting to watch.speaking of Poker Superstars III, GOD I HOPE THEY CHANGE THAT BLIND STRUCTURE!!! All-in with any ace was pretty much the only play, all the time, seriously, the quality of poker was H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E.... -

I enjoy watching poker as much as the next guy. But this Celebrity BS is exactly that. Trying to entertain me with Kathy Griffin blabbing on about who knows what. Some guy on Depserate Housewives calling a raise with 10 4 os. There has to be a better way to show me poker with famous people who are not famous by playing poker.quote]Agreed.The real question here is, how can anyone stand watching that show.Although, whoever suggested Chau Giang is on to something.I will watch anything he ever does.
