Good point, I was just thinking a draw might fold to a pot sized bet on the turn

3 on the turn is fine if you are putting him on a flush draw. If he is a calling station, checking the turn would be a good idea.

Did the guy tend to bet his draws? If so I think picking up the pot there is not to big a mistake. If your positive he has a queen then yeah it's a little much. -
Great article by Nolan. DN is right when it comes to hourly rate. Bankroll management is definatly the most important aspect in becoming a proffesional poker player.
