So I needed cheddar cheese for my cooking tonight, and I couldn't buy that at Sam's club in a reasonable quantity, so I had to make a stop at a standard Walmart. I also needed the stick butter.
The cheese was a straightforward decision, it goes bad pretty quickly. The butter, man was it a different situation. It expires in August, what do you do?
I bought two family packs of 8, for less than $4. I feel like that was the right call.
Way behind here, stopped catching up. But, butter can be frozen and cheese should last like a month, so unless your buying a wheel I wouldn't worry about spoilage.

That and the new ammo law are about to make me move out of state and I don't hardly ever even shoot.

I'm not really following you here. He works for s small company in sales, exactly how was he going to remain employed? It sucks, but is the company supposed give him someone else's commissions?

It is a fun lake. There are/were a couple of boat in camping areas as you go up the lake a ways. It's primitive, just a sandbar basically, but theres lots of trees for shade and not many people if you avoid holidays. That said, it's been years since I've been there so things may have changed.
Nope, hasn't changed. That is what it is like.

Thanks. LOVE Clementine. Did you go to the lower lake, by the Dam, or the upper lake? In high school and just after my buddies and I all had 4 wheel drives and you could go up to upper lake and cross the river. There were actually 11 different crossings if you kept going up river. Then they put in these huge boulders to stop access to the river.
Lower lake. We we're on a boat. Folsom is a puddle, so we thought we'd give it a whirl. It's a fun little lake, not sure what it would be like in the heart of the summer even though they limit access.

When my buddy bought his bottle of Pappy 15 a couple years ago it was $99 from the store. If these are selling on the secondary market for 6-700, why doesn't the distributor just charge at least 60% of that so they are participating in the "true vale" of their spirit. If the store is selling for $99 they cant be buying it for much more than $50.

Apparently I was 100 feet from her on Saturday. Her and a gay dude. I had my own gay dudes in front of me though. One a Cubs fan the other and A's fan. Cubs fan was a chatty Cathy and very knowledgable. Super nice guy, we talked all game. A's fan was a giant quiet bear.
