  1. It couldn't be a joke. The open-farrell is one of the strongest plays in hold em.sw
  2. The only way to restore your honor is to commit seppuku.I will assist you.
  3. dude, please don't bring nationalism into this. i could just as easily call you a pussy because you advocate rolling over and taking whatever they want to dish out. but i don't really think you're a pussy. hell, i don't even know you. don't get stuck on this slippery slope.
  4. low limit stud is so streaky. i'm currently winning about +3.5 BB/100 over 8k hands of 1/2 and 2/4, but even now i don't know if i'm just running well or i can really play.but people who i think play well compliment me on hands, so i guess i'm doing ok. Stud is so different from hold em that I think you're better off moving up to bigger games where you can concentrate on winning. I don't mind playing against a stud multi-tabler. They are the most uncreative players imaginable (mega tight and very easy to read.) I generally won't give them any action.I already consider myself a convert from l
  5. poker pal (a.k.a. Tritz' Software) remembers folded upcards.
  6. fold this weak hand on third. straights suck in (low stakes) stud usually, and weak one gappers aren't worth playing, even when your inside outs are all live.but anyway,i'm guessing the guy had a pair + flush draw. i would check/call the river given no read.
  7. Did the stakes change? From what I understand they were playing 50k/100k, not 100k/200k...
  8. anyone else remember this?http://www.wizards.com/sideboard/article.a...466williamsdqgod this makes me feel old.and stupid.
  9. Limiting your starting hands to these hands in loose and passive games..which most low limit online games are...is WAYYYYYYY too tight. There are a LOT of hands you can play in loose/passive online games since there are rarely more than one raise on 3rd St.Anyone care to elaborate? I'd be curious to see what good low limit stud players would add to OP's guide.Basically...in the low limit games..the players are WAYYYY too passive and play WAYYYY too many hands. That means that you can get in cheaply with WAY more hands profitable. Notably..pretty much ANY concealed pair is worth playing IF bot
  10. Why am I laughing so hard at this? dna, could you please photoshop it so it says, "Every time you post, god kills a kitten."NH sir.A simple hack like that could be done w/ Paint.NET (I used p.n for this one, for example.)http://www.eecs.wsu.edu/paint.net/more complex things should probably be done w/ GIMP http://www.gimp.orgboth programs are totally free and full source code for both is available.enjoy
  11. If you are a charter member...if not then $3 for 1. It's 2:1 for everyone now. Started at 5:1 for non charters and 3:1 for charters. Much complaining ensued and it was changed to 2:1 for all. When did that B.S. hppen?? http://www.fullcontactpoker.com/poker-foru...pic.php?t=40571Dec. 7 or so, I guess.
  12. Charter membership closed before the pokerroom was even announced, so you just kinda had to be there. There's no other way for anyone to know :?

  14. This is a big one (for me at least.)I hate internet explorer. A lot.But I am forced to use this garbage software to access the cashier at fcp. Firefox does not work. Can this be fixed? It is not a poker network problem. It is an FCP problem.uh, peace in the crease.
