meh still kind of getting comfortable with it myself. I know at the FR NL tables you get a lot of nitty trappy style play and people who buy in short and just move in over and over preflop to try and double up (read if you steal enough small pots you can gamble it up with short stacks until you hold and show profit) At the PL 6max tables at the limit I've been playing there are a lot of weak players. You do have the regs, but seems to be at the moment there a several soft spots to get in. I just play position 3x raise a lot preflop and c-bet on a lot of flops

Just wondering if you guys are going to give these a shot or not? I think I'll play the PLO8 on 4/2 and would like to play the FLO8 on the 19th, but I might have to try and get in via satty depending on my BR at the time

rather a girl look good naked and awkward in clothes...IMOonly as you would enjoy them naked and not have to deal with random assholes trying to get up on your girl when you r out. I never understood the showing off someone aspect either though so idk

wow some real nutballz playing PL/NL today during lunch hrs. I could've stacked another guy for a significant amount when he bet the river and it didn't make any sense, but decided to make the lay down I guess I can't complain though PokerStars No-Limit Omaha Hi/Lo, $0.25 BB (7 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.comButton ($8.90)SB ($24.75)BB ($25.90)Hero (UTG) ($13.35)MP1 ($8.60)MP2 ($3.05)CO ($28.35)Preflop: Hero is UTG with 2 , 3 , J , A :club:Hero calls $0.25, MP1 calls $0.25, 2 folds, Button calls $0.25, SB calls $0.15, BB checksFlop: ($1.25) 7 , Q , 3 (5 players)SB

^^^^^ LOL What, you mean it's not a good play to call a pot size bet with a naked lo draw?^^^^^^^
-
ask and u shall receive........ clovis40 and I'm assuming there is a bit of sarcasm in there? bb call call call doesn't bother me if I'm mp3 . I also think my check raise on the turn "could" be interpreted as I don't believe you or lets see if my small flush is good type of bet? I don't know, like you said you do see people doing a lot of weird sheot at these tables
-
I would make that play for sure. It should help you get your stack in ahead and put the squeeze on the BB and probably get it heads up in most cases no?
-
^^^^^ maybe 2 on the river, but depending on villain maybe not ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^I'm not sure I would. How about you? Do you think you get away losing less here?

I found the 6 max tables were exact opposite (as they should be) of the full ring $1/$2 games. If you get in there and gamble it up a bit in the early going you can really nit it up l8 and turn a profit pretty regularly as long as PokerStarz doesn't decide to kick you in the nutz over and overon a side note weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeePokerStars Limit Omaha Hi/Lo, $0.50 BB (10 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.comPreflop: Hero is MP1 with 9 , 2 , A , K 2 folds, UTG+2 calls, Hero calls, 1 fold, MP3 calls, 1 fold, Button calls, SB calls, BB checksFlop: (6 SB) 10 , 9 , Q (6 players)

prob more people do in the O8 forum I'm guessing
-
yeah, this is an ugggggglllly spot for sure. If someone bets the flop you never run in to any of this, but after the turn not so sure. I guess you should have just folded to the first $8 bet then after BB calls the first raise I guess you just went ahead and pushed him in figuring your hand was good against his range? To me it looks like BB is on a made lo or possibly a made str8 on the high end I suppose, but def looks like he's stuck on a one way type of hand to me. Did you end up getting half the side pot and screwed on the main? (tis my guess anyway)edit: a red ace on the river sure would
-
I could def fold to a raise there. I was trying to stay with about 3/4 size pot bet the whole way through. I think I should of bet a bit more on the end there like say a $1.95ish? This guy in this spot snap called me so I'm not sure if the "majority" of the opponents at this level notice the dif plus or minus a little bit when you're not betting the full pot every time. I don't know............ I am trying to get a bit more in to the PL side of this game and it def takes a dif mindset IMO

I think the river is either a fold or a raise here for my villain, but I'll take the callPokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha Hi/Lo, $0.05 BB (6 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.comButton ($8.15)SB ($5.22)BB ($5.54)UTG ($8.91)MP ($6.08)Hero (CO) ($7.43)Preflop: Hero is CO with J , A , K , 3 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.15, Button calls $0.15, 1 fold, BB calls $0.10Flop: ($0.47) 6 , 7 , 10 (3 players)BB checks, Hero bets $0.30, Button calls $0.30, 1 foldTurn: ($1.07) K (2 players)Hero bets $0.80, Button calls $0.80River: ($2.67) 7 (2 players)Hero bets $1.45, Button calls $1.45Total p

Lost My Mom Today - But It Was A Blessing
rvrchsrhtr replied to SCYUKON's topic in General Poker Forum
cancer is an awful disease. I too lost my mother to cancer (breast cancer) 6 yrs ago this January and it still hurts. My wife also lost her mother to breast cancer only 5 months ago. It is soooo very painful to lose your mom so my thoughts and prayers are with you as I know what it feels like. We can only hope one day they will find a cure to this horrible disease. -
