  1. now i'm seein why you like to argue so much with meYOUR ONE OF THOSE STRATEGY FCPERS WHO THINKS YOUR SHIIIAT SMELLS LIKE APPLE PIE.I laugh at strategyhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahha
  2. strategy is for lames who don't understand that every situation is differentIf your a new player, I would agree to check strategy out to get a feel of the game. But if you have been playin thousands upon thousands of hands, strategy is a place where players like there egos stroked.Study Human Behavior. There should be a "Human Behavior" section
  3. maybe the way i write makes you think i'm madnot true thoughI'm smiling while i read your post but I can't understand why you have so much hostilityok, and about the reading ability that online players "don't" need. How can you call someone a good "poker player" when they lack reading human behavior and stuff like that BECAUSE they rely on software programs?I don't use PT or anything. But I have observed that those that do are handicapped when they play live. Because they lack those skills.hmmmmmmmmmmmm I guesse what i'm trying to convey to you is; If you take online players out of the web,
  4. I was just watchin "The Texas Chainsaw Massacure".Man.............. them people are some scary motha ****aas.I think i'll drive right through Des Moines and hit the next state before I get out of my car
  5. your silly you have to be kidding!!what the hell is goin on in Iowa that you act this way. ONE REASON:because online players do not have the reading skills of Live players. Because of this, they are not "complete poker players"
  6. I agree with this. heh.scroll up bro. I jus mentioned that commerce is like party poker.I haven't had a drink today. But I really feel like one now.
  7. your a fool. No wonder. You like to eat alluminum.I think your jus tryin to be a priiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiik.I saw you mentioned that you don't play online.I wonder how long you have played poker? How old are you?And it seems that you are not talkin from experience.
  8. :wall: ..Seriously. What are you talking about?I'm not an online player. I've never said I play online. I never said you were a bad player. I don't get what point you're going to prove by playing me yourself. Besides, I've allready given you the terms I'm willing to play you HU with. You may very well be a better player than I am, that's fine. I'd believe it. But, you've made absolutely no point as to why Live is less fishy than Online, other than to say, the best players at Commerce are very, very good. Well, no shit. They're also better than 95% of everyone else who plays live. They're better
  9. I usually see the exact opposite. The old players usually show more patience and less recklessness than the younger ones. And the reason they call with any pair on a dangerous board (usually when the pot is large) is because theyve seen from experience people bluff almost at will. Dont knock the old folks. And the extreme young kids arent that bad either. But they do have a tendency to be over agressive and think they know everything. The worst people at the table usually come from about the 40 year old age group (although the age group as a whole is pretty good). My theory, either they mad
  10. then let's just agree to 'disagree". HahahahaahhaCause i'm not convinced by what your sayin. And like I said,........... I can prove your wrong by playin you myself.okbut would you agree with this?I love women!!!!!!! I love them sooooooooooooooooooooooooo much!!There so sexy!! They look so good cause.............. well ............ thats there job.Do you love women as much as I do?
  11. So you're telling me the old folks who call with bottom pair play online? I find it hard to believe they can even check email, let alone figure out how to play online poker. In my casino experiences, very rarely are the worst players young. That's not to say it doesn't happen, but for the most part the younger players are quite a bit more aware of how to play. I'm not saying they're good, but they aren't as bad as the retired guys who are there to have fun. The old guys are great to play with, they call with any pair regardless of how dangerous the board is. Obviously if we are going by number
  12. Very easily--you're just flat out wrong. Most of the young players you see at casinos learned by watching TV and playing home games with their buddies--not by playing on line.Look at the people who play at the casino. People who come in drunk, looking for something to do. Business men and gamblers who want to throw some money around. Young guys who watch ESPN. Old guys who played Guts with their buddies in the Navy. And then there's the people who make a living playing cards. PEOPLE WHO PLAY ONLINE PUT THEIR MONEY THERE SPECIFICALLY TO PLAY POKER, FOR THE EXPRESS PURPOSE OF PLAYING POKER AND NO
  13. before the poker boom, alot of the players in the casinos were "good" players. And we use to play alot of the same people all the time. There wern't many young people at the casinos. Now,. .............. they are everywhere and I would say that alot of them are underage and sneak in.But these same players learned from being "online" FIRST.THESE SAME PLAYERS LEARNED HOW TO PLAY FROM PLAYING ONLINE!How can this be refuted?
  14. another thing to consider about this whole thing is online players also play in casinos. But before the boom they didn't. And probably didn't know anything about poker.I think the fish you speak of at the live casinos are the same fish who play online. And whats worse about them is that they have very little reading ability and play pretty badly live. Are you calling the badplayers at the casinos "fish" because you can't beat them?In my experience, you probably can't beat them cause you don't know how to adjust to there play. The stupid things they do require you to change your approach. Thi
  15. mr. 16. and I want to say one more thing............................I love women!!!!I love them sooooooooooooooooooooooo muchGod Bless Them!!!!!!!! 8)
  17. I think table selection is huge in live play. I think you can win or lose a lot of money just by picking the right or wrong table. Same thing with online though, picking the right/wrong table online makes an incredible difference.ok................. that bein said. There are alot of good 3/6 games and some 2/4 games that are my skillfull than online play. But I see alot of bad players at these limits online that wouldn't last too long against some of the worst live players. simply because the live player has more weapons because of there "reading ability". I will say again, if your talkin abou
  18. your a child. I would feel like i raped you.see you at the WSOP
  19. I'll stipulate that you have more experience in both to make a better argument-- I just want to know what your argument is. My opinion is that "low limit hold 'em", 2/4-20/40 is largely very fishy in live games. I've played as high as 20/40 live and I've never, ever, had a session where their were less than 4 players on average to the flop. Players routinely check/call and rarely raise. Players show down much weaker hands in large pots and players are just generally bad.If I were to play 20/40 online, I would get absolutely rolled. I'm not a good LHE player--in fact, I'm pretty awful. I'm not
  20. how about we play live?how about that.so I can see you skirm in your seat.
  21. This post was so idiotic I have to flame it. First of all you are completely wrong. Second of all DN pwned them so much they lost $8k total in like 14 hours of play 500/1k. They broke even. Dreamclown is still waiting for Daniel and will play him repetitively. Dreamclown is a much better HU LHE player than Daniel. Deal.Secondly, LIVE PLAYERS SUCK MY NUT SACK, THEY ARE AWFUL! THEY ARE ALL CALLING STATIONS. Online players are more educated, more intune, and more difficult to beat. I know this FOR A FACT!well Mr jones. when you get old enough and stop shiiitin green. I would love to take
  22. Um, what? Dude, I know the LA games are tough. There's a reason that Commerce, The Bike and Hustler are known world wide as some of the best/wildest games around. However, I don't think that those three casinos are representative of live play as a whole. Just because you see some of the best live game players in the world on a daily basis doesn't mean that the majority of the rest of the poker playing world does. And I'd be willing to argue that the 100/200 game at the Bike is softer than the 100/200 game on Party. I have no factual way of proving that, it's simply a matter of opinion. And, as f
  23. You're using a HU LHE match between a 20 year old kid and Daniel, who has plenty of experience on line, mind you, as your sample base? A HU LHE match that didn't even last 20k hands? You can do much better than that, seriously. That's a terrible reason for Live being tougher than Online.I hear ya there. That was a kid. But, when DN got taken the first 2 sessions, everyone was talkin about how good this Dreamclown was and that he belongs to a crew and they have tons of money from playin online. But the truth is,.............. he's a good player who uses his BR to scare his weaker , and less
  24. I play almost exclusively live, and I don't think it's even close. Live is much, much fishier. Play 3/6 online, and then play 3/6 live. Play 100 or 200NL online, and then play 1/2 NL live. That will tell you all you need to know. It's seriously, not, even, close.ok,........lets look in this.where do you play live?let's start with thatI've played all over. Indiana, Kansas City, Florida, regularly here in Des Moines. I know where you're going with this. I'm not gonna buy that argument, though. The difference in play between Des Moines/Atlantic City or Des Moines/Vegas or Des Moines/LA is huge. I
  25. I live in LA. Anyone who knows live play knows there are alot of poker rooms here.2-4 compared to 3-6 , depending on where you play, is a big difference.2-4 brings alot of drawing out kind of play. But, when you move to 3-6, there are better players who sit in those games. and, when you go to 4-8, you get a bunch of gamblers who like to cap every round. reading skills help me win at these limits. there is no question in my mind about that. I would skip 4-8 though. Unless you like alot of action and you have lots of cash to burn.
