Just Google it! There are plenty of affordable air/hotel deals, even for some of the upper echelon of hotels!Have fun and, if you get drunk, try not to cross too many streets. The drivers are insane!

What about a maximum age for the protege? I have a hard time imagining me, at 44, the Boy Wonder protege of Kid Poker lol. I have the same delay as the FirePay guy (below...Cashout thread).Can we get a definitive answer here? I now have $300 US in limbo. What's with the delay?
