Bud, you're playing too loose. What sort of hand is that? Fold pre-flop. 23TT is a dreadful hand.

And your pot-manipulation is way off in some of the hands you post...
Nearly always betting the pot on a draw?!?!
BudBundy
I am trying to tighten up.

Can you post in those hands and show the right move please?
antistuff
with 7 players doesn't someone have the straight there about always?

I posted in one of your threads some time ago about the LAG approach to PLO. I suggested it was best, but made a disclaimer that in loose games, nut-peddling becomes more correct(in fact LAG is a pointless way to play in really loose games IMO).

Make sure the table conditions are right for your approach. The more people that see a flop in PLO, the more you need nuts, nut draws or hand+redraw.

This hand:
23TT is junk if there are likely to be many callers - there were!
It is also junk in MP2 even at weak-tight tables. The hand is pure junk.

2 cards below 5 - I never play that full ring.
TT is one of the weaker pairs with no supporting cards. A ten on the board gives a vulnerable set if there are overcards.
A ten on the board gives easier access to all sorts of str8 possibilities, but you have no part of that possibility! Fold this cheese next time.

Flop: betting the pot(almost) into a 7-player field with a str8 board - not a good idea. Did you want to win the $7 so badly??
Or was it that you hoped to be raised out of your seat by the str8 holders??

Pot-manipulation and betting is one of the key concepts to PL poker. But you rarely see it mentioned. You need to stop applying limit concepts like 'take the pot right there' as they do not reap the best rewards all the time.
